Cape Cod memories await in this spacious home close to Mayflower and Corporation Beach!
Tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, this four-bedroom, two and a half bath home includes amenities like A/C, wi-fi, washer/dryer, a fully equipped kitchen, and plenty of parking for up to eight cars. Each bedroom includes new freshly laundered linens and pillows while each of the bathrooms has new freshly laundered bath and hand towels. The roomy primary suite includes a king bed, smart tv, and its own private bathroom. The second bedroom includes a king bed, smart tv, and desk. The third bedroom includes a twin daybed (with additional twin trundle) and a queen bed. And the fourth bedroom includes both a twin and queen bed. The first floor boasts an open floor plan that provides plenty of opportunities to gather together. Watch a movie on the 55” smart tv (which includes Netflix, Cable, and HBO Max) or play one of the many board games provided.
Privacy and playtime await in the backyard that includes a wood burning fire pit, Adirondack chairs, a breezy hammock, lawn games, a deck with gas grill and cushioned wicker lounge furniture, a patio with table, chairs, and umbrella, and even an outdoor shower to wash off those sandy toes.
As you prepare to spend the day at one of the local beaches, everything you need is here: freshly laundered beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella, cooler, and beach toys.
This home is within walking distance to Peterson's Market (which boasts some of the best meats in town), Oliver's & Planck's Restaurant, Walgreens, and even a working farm! Dennis Village is a short five minute drive down the road. There you will find ice cream and gelato shops, a candy store, restaurants, and shopping including The Dennis Public Market, Chapin's Bayside Restaurant, The Mercantile, Scargo Cafe, and Cape Cod Creamery.

My husband Dave and I both grew up on the Cape. We moved to Los Angeles in our early 20's and just moved back recently to be closer to family and to enjoy Cape Cod year round. Our favorite beach is Mayflower Beach because of it's wide stretching sandy flats during low tide. It's the ideal spot to play a game of bocce with friends or read a book by yourself. Not to mention Mayflower has the best sunsets around! We have always loved hosting friends and family and now we hope to be great hosts to you, as well.

Yarmouth Port is close to some of the best beaches on Cape Cod including Mayflower, Corporation Beach, and Bass Hole. It's also a great jumping off point for day trips to the Outer and Lower parts of the Cape like Provincetown and Chatham and close to Hyannis for Trader Joe's or other shopping needs.
