Lovely, spacious with ocean views, this cottage is steps across the sloping lawn to a private boardwalk leading out to sandy Cape Neddick beach. Kayaking, paddle boarding, tide pooling, and sunbathing awaits. BBQ and relax while enjoying the view on your private deck off the eat-in kitchen after a day at the beach. Pristine 1 bedroom, 1.5 bath 2nd floor unit with open floor plan living, kitchen, and dining. Pull out queen sofa bed in living room, bedroom has king bed and ensuite full bath. Garage spot under with direct entry to unit. Location is ideal, 5 minutes (1 mile walk/bike) to shops and restaurants of Short Sands and 10 minutes to shops and restaurants of Ogunquit/Perkins Cove. Walk across the street to Cape Neddick Lobster House for lunch or dinner! Friday to Friday bookings only in July and August. New minisplits for ac/heat! Fast wifi, TV in living room is amazon firestick TV.

We had a terrific, peaceful, relaxing week with our 4 year old cockapoo Harry, who loved the beach every morning with a crew of other dogs. The host was easy to reach and the apartment clean and well equipped. The view is, as seen in the picture, breathtaking.

Spring in Maine

The week in Cape Neddick was perfect. The beasch offered with property was easy to get to. The location was ideal to skip to Kittery or up to Portland, and also the beaches in between. Morning or afternoon walks taken at Drakes, Ogunquit and Wells healing as always. John and the team were immediately responsive to my communications. I hope to make this an annual stay.

Wonderful long weekend

We enjoyed a long weekend at the carriage house. Beautiful view and easy access for a walk on beach! We were so happy our dog could join us too!

Lovely week

We had a terrific week. The house was comfortable, sunny, and roomy, the view from the deck perfect. We had one question about the television which was quickly addressed by the hosts.

Great stay

Terrific stay. Great location and we would happily stay again. My only comment is that I believe the listing said the property had a dishwasher but there was no dishwasher or garbage disposal. I think the owners could provide more cleaning supplies and dishtowels for washing dishes and keeping the unit clean. The owners were very responsive and nice. Great place.

Amazing location and lovely property!

We enjoyed our stay at this cute cottage. The location is outstanding, literally steps from Passaconway Beach. The center of town is walkable (1.2 miles) and there’s a lobster pound within a quarter mile. Just lovely! The deck is great for relaxing.

Beautiful Location

The owners were very helpful and very nice. The location was beautiful with an amazing few. We really enjoyed our stay. We enjoy cooking even while on vacation. There was not a lot of pans, utensils etc. to do so. The kitchen sink clogged up while trying to wash dishes. The hot water ran out after one shower. The pull out couch was horribly uncomfortable. The place looks as though it may have had recent renovations, but didn't look complete (screws visible in walls, trim not finished, etc.). I say these things because they may not realize if they don't stay there themselves. They were extremely kind and we really loved the location.

My wife and I always look for a quiet place to spend out vacations. We ourselves run a small in and our vacations are our only time away from our work. Out of Rangely is a nice secluded spot that was perfect for what we needed. The only downside is that the dock was not yet setup and we did not get a chance to go out on the lake.

A quiet haven

We had a wonderful stay. The grounds of the property were beautiful. The view was incredible. The quiet was everywhere due to the property’s location. We will book again!

Such an amazing stay! ☀️

We absolutely loved the property with views of the ocean and a short walk to beach access. It was spacious, clean, and the balcony with grill, comfortable loungers, and fire pit allowed for a relaxing outdoor experience as well. The owners were super response and dropped by whenever we needed something. We can’t wait to go back!⭐️

Perfectly Peaceful and Comfortable Cottage

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this comfortable and well-equipped cottage. This was our first time visiting Maine and the location was perfect for exploring the surrounding cities. While we enjoyed being a part of the summer tourist season when we ventured out, we eagerly returned each day to relax and enjoy all that the cottage has to offer. The AC quickly cooled the entire space, the connected TV and lightning-fast Wi-Fi enabled us to enjoy our streaming services, and the outdoor deck provided a great view of the secluded surroundings overlooking the cape and beach. Communication with our host, John, was very attentive, and although he lives in the property’s main house, we always felt a complete sense of privacy.

Amazing

Thanks so much for providing such a warm and wonderful place to stay , The location is incredibly convenient to all areas and the access to the beach, and the stunning views from the balcony is amazing.... They even have kayaks that you could use. It felt like a little home away from home. I cant wait to come back! John was very quick to reply when I left a message informing him I locked myself out.

Perfect getaway!

Beautiful location and perfect home for our stay. House is clean and has everything you need for a wonderful trip. Deck overlooks the beach and the beach is accessible via a 1 or 2 minute walk. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better stay and will definitely be back in the future.
