Frente al mar Carriage House Apt. w / Vistas espectaculares

Este apartamento de carruaje se encuentra en una zona residencial muy tranquila del puerto de York. Está muy cómodamente amueblado con una cama tamaño queen en el dormitorio y dos camas individuales en el desván, adecuadas para los huéspedes más jóvenes y ágiles. La cocina está totalmente equipada y también tiene lavadora y secadora. Hay una vista espectacular del océano desde la sala de estar o desde la amplia terraza.

Está a solo unos pasos del agua. Observe el amanecer en el horizonte interrumpido solo por la silueta del famoso Boon Island Light a siete millas de la costa. La Luz Nubble está al norte y su luz intermitente es fascinante después del anochecer. Si hay un día de niebla, puede escuchar los distantes cuernos de niebla de hasta tres faros. Roaring Rock, una gran grieta que hace un ruido atronador cuando los mares corren desde el noreste, está a solo un par de cientos de pies a lo largo de la costa rocosa y accesible para aquellos ágiles a pie.

Yes, Jim was exceedingly welcoming. It was my wife's birthday and he made the effort to place a beautiful bouquet of flowers on the dining room table with a happy birthday banner hanging nearby. An unexpected delight!Our rental was comfortable, clean and afforded us with beautiful ocean views.

This place is paradise! Very clean and well-stocked with all the necessities. Host was charming and welcoming. Located in a quiet neighborhood, the carriage house is the absolute perfect get away! The views are magnificent! We could see two lighthouses from the porch. We watched sunrises, waves, wildlife, and sunsets. We also enjoyed the grove of trees where we enjoyed the breeze. The town has great little shops and restaurants. This was perfect!

Wonderful!

We had a great experience here. The view was wonderful, the apartment was clean and well stocked in the kitchen. A very nice location a short distance to public beach, restaurants, and points of interest. The owner made checking in extremely easy and answered questions promptly. Would highly recommend.

Can not beat the view and very close to everything we like in York Harbor. This is a wonderful place but is in some need of updating. It is always clean and Jan and Jim are great.

Exceptional property

A wonderful place to stay in the York/Cape Neddick area! The view and the sound of the surf from the unit were a welcome relaxation. Everything that we could have needed was in the unit, even olive oil and cooking spray for cooking! This apt. is in a perfect, quiet location to enjoy the southern coast of Maine. Thanks Jan and Jim, we will return!

return to my roots

after moving to the west coast 17 years ago it was wonderful for my family to experience all things New England that I grew up with. And we couldn’t have had a better experience and the location is spectacular! The view of the ocean, waking up to the sound of birds chirping, the ocean waves and just the overall joy our children experienced has us longing to come back…we certainly will be returning… thank you James and Jan!

The View!

Our stay was spectacular and everything we could hope for! The property was accurate to the listing and the views were amazing. Even though it was foggy most of our stay, you were able to get glimpses of the Nubble Lighthouse. The beach is a 5 minute drive and you can explore York with everything within 20 minutes of the house. Although you were attached to the main house, we had plenty of privacy! We will definityly stay again!

Heaven on Earth

I had a wonderful vacation here. Jan brought me a bouquet of flowers when I arrived and Jim came right over when I had a question about the tv. The view is amazing and I spent many hours reading on the deck listening to the ocean. Everything was provided for, all you needed was your clothes and a toothbrush. I can't wait to come back next summer.

Weekend get a way.
