Cozy brick home only 1 3/4 blocks to beautiful St Joe bay is walking distance to historic downtown restaurants, shops, parks, walking trail, public boat ramp and lighthouse.. Master bedroom has king size bed, room two has queen bed, and room three has a full size bed. 1 full bath. Enjoy your morning coffee or enjoy your evening grilling out on the peaceful gazebo out back with fenced in yard. Also boat parking is available on side of house.

Quiet location within short drive to local beaches and sights. The house had all the amenities of home!

Great Backyard

The place was very clean. The backyard was spacious and perfect for our dog. Location is super convenient to downtown Port St. Joe. We would stay here again.

Sorry for leaving a bad review, I was debating on responding, but if you loved my home so much I wish you would have not left it so dirty and left my nice wooden cutting board soaking in water and ruined it. also, the tub was clogged and I had to have a plummer come out. there was water sitting in tub with all sorts of nasty stuff sitting in it.. I did not appreciate the way you left my home at all. Please be more appreciative of someone's home the next time you rent from someone. Would you want someone to treat your home like that? You could have built a sand castle with the sand left inside the home.. Sad!!

Sorry for not leaving a better review for you, but if you loved my place so much. I wish you would have paid the pet fee and let me know that your pet had damaged my door and trim. Also the toilet seat was broken, and trash was left in the house instead of outside in trash can like I ask everyone to do in the welcome book. There is a reason why I charge a pet fee. Hence, the damage from your pet ...

Very happy with arriving and finding the listing matched the property. Nicely updated and plenty of room inside and outside. Good neighborhood and close enough to everything we wanted to do.

Lovely Home!

I was looking for a pleasant place to stay while visiting family in PSJ. This little house certainly fit the bill! It was clean, had lots of little extras, was very convenient to town, and had a charming outdoor gazebo where I enjoyed my morning coffee. I look forward to making 7th Heaven my home away from home, when visiting PSJ.

Perfect!!

We really enjoyed our stay! We have been to Port St. Joe several times and this was one of the best times we have had. The house was very clean and perfect for me and my husband. We really appreciate the fact that we had adequate parking for our boat which has been an issue before on our previous trips. Definitely would recommend this house!

Great house with amenities

Spacious 3 bedroom did not disappoint. Bed In master bedroom was really comfy! Nice back yard with gazebo and gas grill. Location was great for Port St Joe and close enough to Cape San Blas to enjoy it as well.

Backyard is the best part!

This house has almost everything to make it feel like home. Supplies like towels, toilet paper, and kitchen utensils were well stocked. The gazebo and garden in the backyard were the most pleasant part of the house. We enjoyed morning coffee and meals outside. Wish the owner would have bedside lamps in the bedrooms for dim lighting. Overall, a wonderful stay!

Adorable and Accessible

Quaint, exceptionally clean home. Enjoyed the ease and walking distance to downtown. Water very near as well. Owner has thought about everything a rentor wants or needs. Very tastefully decorated. Sharp knives in the kitchen. You dint see that often in a rental. Locals wery very friendly. Must visit the local restaurants I hope to visit again in the future.

Our 23rd Wedding Anniversary Trip

Seven Heaven is the perfect name for this house. Most immaculate kept house we have seen. The beach theme throughout the house was beautiful, but not overbearing. The kitchen was stocked to meet the needs of any cook. Our beagle loved the spacious back yard and my wife fell in love with all the tropical plants to look at from the gazebo. The neighborhood was very peaceful. No loud partying or traffic noise. All of our needs were taken care of from the beginning of our stay to the end. The owner, Amy, was very accommodating and pleasant to work with. If we are ever back in this area, we will be back at 7th Heaven.

Graciously welcoming

We stayed here two weeks with our pup. We’ve been coming up the area for two + years. This was our first time staying in PSJ instead of down by the Cape/IP. This was the most comfortable and graciously accommodations of all the places we’ve stayed. The fenced in backyard was great for our pup. Huge grill. Gazebo. Beach chairs. Kitchen supplies including cleaning products were amply provided, and we made sure to restock upon leaving as our way of thanks. The couch was comfortable as was the bed. The neighborhood is safe and close to the four mile walking/biking trail. The bay is an easy walk as well. You can also easily walk downtown. All owner communications were timely and supportive. We wouldn’t hesitate to rent again.
