Beautiful and spacious, this home has everything you need to enjoy fun in the sun. With four bedrooms, two of which are ensuite, this home can accommodate the largest of families. Please remember that this home can only accommodate parking for 3-4 vehicles depending on size. No street parking or overflow parking in the community. This rule is strictly enforced by the HOA with no exceptions. This home features a full kitchen, an outdoor grill, smart TVs, WiFi, and even includes amenities such as beach towels and beach chairs! This gorgeous home is situated just minutes from downtown St. Augustine which is recognized as the oldest continuously inhabited city in the country. Downtown, you'll find amazing sights such as the Oldest Wooden Schoolhouse, the Oldest Store, the Oldest House, and an entire street blocked off for pedestrians only with lots of shopping and delicious restaurants. Sightseeing trains take you from place to place with stops along the way enabling you to hop off and hop back on again. Cross over the Bridge of Lions and you'll find the Alligator Farm featuring not just alligators and crocodiles but also many different birds, reptiles, and, for those adventurous souls, there's a zip line! You must be at least 25 years of age in order to make a reservation. The person who makes the reservation must occupy the residence for the duration of the reservation.

Pet policy:
two small/medium dogs allowed. Nonrefundable pet fee of $150 per dog.
