The apartment is a "FROG" - Furnished Rooms Over Garage. Must take stairs to the 2nd story where the apartment is located. See pictures.
Apartment with large kitchen and common area living room. Deck is directly off the kitchen for El fresco dining and grilling.
This property is beside a vacant cottage that we are refurbishing, but does not interfere with your stay. The property is also a work in progress, at this time we do not have any green space, but we continue to work on this and will have additional improvements each week. We do have outside seating on the patio under the deck - also a work in progress.
If you are looking for a clean place to stay and enjoy all the attractions the Bay area has to offer. We have the perfect space for your stay.
Pet fee of $100.00 per stay. No smoking inside the apartment.
We are located in the heart of Vacationland in the friendly village of Bay View within walking distance of a fishing pier, Clemons Marina with pontoon rental, a ramp and dockage, town park, locally owned restaurant, convenience store/bait shop, laundry facility, as well as a bar & grill with outdoor seating and tiki bar. Bayview watercraft rentals also have jet skis, paddle boards and kayaks for rent.
Cedar Point, Lake Erie Islands, Marblehead lighthouse and many other local attractions are within a short drive from our central location. Walking trails in various parks and quarries.
