Enjoy this beautiful unique BRAND new 3 bedroom/ 4 beds + 3.5 bath loft style home, overlooking world famous Stadium Golf Course, PGA West, Signature Development. This design and floor plan won “Home of the Year” at the 2021 SoCal MAME Awards, a prestigious competition recognizing exceptional concepts in home building. *Brand new golf cart available for rent. Inquire within. This is BY FAR the best location and plan in the Signature Development (we had the choice of any one!)

We designed this home with all West Elm Furniture with maximum chicness, and relaxation in mind!

This home features a gorgeous salt water pool, stunning golf course and mountain views, and 20 foot ceilings. That is what makes our home unique. It has grand living area and additional loft living space (almost like a second living room) with a very comfortable memory foam pull out coach from West Elm. The loft and living areas face the Golf Course. It has 2 patios for dining/BBQ'ing. The north facing covered patio features a large West Elm Dining table and lounge seating, and overlooks the pool and golf course. The home sits directly in front of the putting green on the Stadium Golf Course. You may even get lucky and see the pros put! During the AMEX tournament you can see the stage!

This home is in a great location in La Quinta, located 10 minutes from the "Old Town" of La Quinta, just 10 minutes from world famous COACHELLA and Stage Coach, as well as Trader Joes, Costco and plenty of dining options! This chef's kitchen will not disappoint with all new appliances, including a gas stove, cooking at home and enjoying our 10 seater table will not disappoint! We have all spices, and everything you need to cook with.

This home is set up to suit all your vacation needs with all brand new appliances and everything you need for cooking, and to make your stay comfortable! Towels, Shampoo/Conditioner/Soap, a full sized crib, a dedicated work space, Gas Fireplace, Gas BBQ, Gas Firepit, and more! All bedrooms, the patio, and loft have their own smart TV's! Please inquire directly regarding golf cart rental for an additional fee.

A garage, golf cart garage, and street parking are available.

This community also has a free clubhouse with a full gym and community pool for your use if desired. This home is conveniently located in the PGA community and a 3 minute walk to the popular "Ernie's restaurant" and sits on the Stadium Golf Course.

Dogs will be considered for a pet fee, and must have our permission. Please inquire with breed and size of dogs please.

We are always available for any of our guests questions or concerns and LOVE hosting you! We are not a vacation rental company, we are a family who built and furnished this home with lots of love, and give our guests all our attention and a 5 star experience.

Our stay was fantastic. Karina was a very attentive host, even several weeks before the stay when we had not booked yet. The home, pool, and view are exactly as described in the details. All appliances/electronics are new/newish and worked great. Plenty of outdoor umbrellas and lounge chairs, although it was scorching hot while we were there (118 degree heat wave). We mainly swam in the morning and evening/night. Kitchen is super spacious, giant island easy for prepping/serving. Easy walk to fitness center and larger community pool (which has lap swimming, if desired). Additional/random note: this Signature "neighborhood" is incredibly secure, with really nice/attentive public safety personnel. Always driving around on patrol. I don't think it was necessary at all, but made my mother-in-law feel extra safe. Also, an easy walk out a back gate to Ernie's bar and grill.

50th birthday celebration

Wow! I’ve stayed at many places in LaQuinta but this was my all time favorite. It’s in the best location, walking distance to the PGA clubhouse and 2 incredible courses. I will definitely be coming back.

Spectacular!

I have been renting around La Quinta for the past 20 years and this house was the best. My wife and I had the most amazing private vacation and the house was perfect for us! Super clean, fully equipped with everything you could need or want. Karina was absolutely lovely to work with. 10/10, would absolutely book again and highly recommend this property to anyone escaping with their partner or family!

Beautiful Desert Home

We had so much fun during our recent stay in the desert. The home was beautiful and had absolutely everything we needed. Easy access to everything as well as a quite place to go for walks. Karina was SO easy to work with and very quick to respond. We hope to be back!

Perfect place to stay!

We stayed at this beautiful new home for a week in January during the American Express PGA golf tournament. It was the perfect location! Everything about this house is just right for a wonderful vacation. The bedrooms are beautiful and so comfortable, the kitchen is perfectly equipped with everything you could possibly need, the pool and hot tub were wonderful, and the view is just spectacular!! We will most definitely be back to enjoy another stay in this dream house! Karina is a wonderful host and so easy to reach. She did everything to make our stay just perfect!! I can’t say enough about this home or the hosts!!

Great designed house

There was hair on the couch/bathroom The AC system was right behind the master bed, had to wear headphones to sleep. One of the rooms practically doesn’t get AC circulation, lost a bedroom there. Pool was warm, in 117 degree weather not pleasant Not well preped for arrival. Great design as well as space. Near by stores were helpful. Good communication

Nice New PGA West Home

My family stayed 3 nights in this recently build home in PGA West. The backyard faces the Pete Dye Stadium Course. Home is nicely equipped and very clean. Plenty of space for our family of four. Owner communication was excellent. Thank you for hosting us.

Desert Serenity

As soon as we walked in the door, all was right in the world. The house and furnishings are intuitive and laid out well. It's an easy house to be in, very comfortable and quiet. A really wonderful place to stay for R&R. We can't wait to return!

PGA Stunner!

We travel to La Quinta a few times a year and have stayed in a variety of VRBOs. This is certainly one of the BEST! House is beautifully decorated, great PGA location and Karina was an excellent host… you can certainly see the care they have put in making your stay wonderful!

Best house on the block!

House was exactly as described and worked perfectly for our family. We had a wonderful Thanksgiving at the property. There’s construction within the gated community however we did not have any issues with noise. Lots of golfers to watch as the putting green is directly across from the backyard. It made for good people watching when we were hot tubbing! Bedrooms were perfect and comfy and my teenagers loved the loft space. Great house and nice modern decor!
