Location is everything with this rental! Minutes from the beach and a short drive from many of Eastham’s best restaurants!  While in Eastham, visit local shops as well as neighboring towns like Wellfleet, home of the well known drive-in cinema that was built in 1957! 

Larger groups will love this three bedroom, two and a half bath home that sleeps 10 guests.  The main floor master has a queen bed and ensuite bathroom.  There is also a queen bedroom with additional twin bed on the upper level.  The kids will love the third bedroom which features three twin beds and a full size bed.  There is a second seating area on the upper level as well for a second living room with a 55" smart TV and cable.

Outside, enjoy evenings on the spacious deck grilling with your friends and family!  Whether its relaxing on the beach, enjoying dinner on the deck, you'll feel relaxed at this secluded Eastham home.

***We welcome approved low-impact DOGS  - TENANT must reach out to Nauset Rental with dog details for approval either before making reservation or within 48 hours of submitting online reservation. We will need to know the following information:

*Any shedding? 
*Any issues with accidents - urination or throwing up? 
*Any issues with chewing furnishings? 
*Barking while unattended or while attended? 
*Does your dog receive flea and tick preventative?
*Are you confident you can leave property with no sign of your dog when you check out?

Notes: Typically, renters bring their own sheets, towels etc. That said, there are some great local companies we can refer you to that have rental linens available that can be delivered to the home for an additional fee.
