Great Views - Okay Service
This is a lovely condo in a very nice location. The view off the beach side patio is absolutely beautiful.The condo is spacious and well maintained. Access to the beach is very convenient. The ocean is just a few steps away and it was not too crowded. Overall, we had a nice time and I was happy that we found this condo on short notice during Spring Break, but if I am being totally honest I don’t think we will return. View from the street side balcony is nice to the distance but directly below the balcony is the pool area and just beyond that is the road which is pretty noisy when you’re sitting outside. The living room furniture is old and not very comfortable. The master mattress is lumpy. The biggest issue was a parking issue on a Sunday evening where someone had parked in our spot. There is no public or non reserved parking anywhere nearby for overnight, so we did not know what to do. We spent over an hour trying to find someone who could give us guidance on how to handle. We tried the property management company and the company that manages the parking garage multiple times. We finally called enough times were told to park in someone else’s spot and they would help Monday. We spent the eve worried about being in someone's spot who might suffer the same experience. It ruined the evening for us. No one from the property company called back the next day. At 622 per night (with fees) and I just feel like we should have had a better experience.
