Great Beach location.

Very nice condo located right on a great beach. Would definitely rent this place again for our next vacation. The condo unit and amenities were exactly as described.

Nice for the price

Great location great beach. Unit a bit dated but clean, well kept and well appointed. Management was friendly and helpful. Overall a great stay!

Decent place

We had a great time, the condo itself is a little dated. The beds are not that comfortable but we managed. We enjoyed the pool and how close the beach was. The balcony was great and had a nice view of the street and Bay.

Nice street-side condo in a building on the beach

Our family stayed Unit #402 in the Holiday Villa II building over spring break. It was exactly as advertised and we had a great time and really enjoyed the property. The beds were comfortable and the decor was inviting and relaxing. It was wonderful to be in a building right on the beach. Great location. The condo has a street-side view but you can see the inland waterway and watch the boats go by. The view was nice. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice Overall Stay

The overall impression was very favorable. My family had a wonderful time on the beach every day. I liked that the property is located between Madera Beach and Clearwater Beach - not as populated as either but easy to get to both. All the items provided in the condo were very helpful and appreciated. I would say the only issue I had was the TV...I would have preferred regular cable to the service provided. We are definitely thinking about coming back again. Thank you!

Everything was great!

Our family enjoyed a great Christmas vacation!! We were greeted by office staff that was friendly, pleasant and helpful. Check in was a breeze along with parking and getting up to the room... the elevator was super helpful getting our family of 5 and all of our luggage up to the room! Amazing view from the balcony! The apartment was spacious and clean. It was nice having enough dishes to cook with since we weren't able to eat out on Christmas. Beds and pillows were comfy... along with plenty of water pressure in the bathrooms! We would love to stay here again when visiting Indian Rocks Beach!

It was awesome, we enjoyed every minute. April at the front desk is a real angel. Thank you!!!

It is in a good condition overall, the only thing to point out is the AC, even though we programed it, it will stop at 5 am and temperatures inside will rise up to 78, around 8 am it will go back to program. It happened during 3 nights of the 8 night that we stayed. No that bad...

Great space

The property was great but the parking situation was an issue and the on-site property manager was not nice at all. She acted like doing her job was an inconvenience to her. I never expected to be attacked for requesting a second parking pass, especially since there was a parking space available.

We were able to offer you a 2nd parking pass for a portion of your stay, but since you were here the busiest week of the year, we did not have guest parking for all of your days. Guest parking is first come, first serve and can only be requested at check in. We do offer overflow parking for free at our main office or there is a paid parking lot right across the street from Holiday Villa II. Location is great. This condo is older with carpet…and not well stocked. Since it’s older, having it stocked a bit would make up for some shortcomings. Beach towels, at least some salt and pepper, a few spices and maybe some coffee for your first morning…would go a long way to help overlook the carpet and old cabinetry and furnishings(you’re not there to stay inside after all). A lighter for the charcoal grill and maybe some grilling utensils, etc. If you’re driving in, just bring those things and you’ll be all set.

This place is in a perfect spot on the gulf strip. Condo was very clean and everything we were expecting. We definitely will be goi g back there again in the near future.

A gateway to the beach

This condo was a little dated and had some water damage on the ceiling in the entrance way. Other than that we truly enjoyed our stay. It was a Great location and the beach was beautiful.

Older building but on the beach was nice and the pool was nice. Elevator didn't come to Ground floo

Right on the beach was nice and pool was nice. Only complaint was the elevator didn't work most of the time, so climbing 4 flights was a pain.

It does require patience since each family is waiting to ride the elevator alone rather than in groups because of Covid. We provide specific instructions on how to call the elevator at check in. Nice location - condo needs deep cleaning and upgrades

We really enjoyed our stay - location perfect and check in process went very smooth. Just disappointed in the cleanliness of the condo. A lot of dust build up on fans, vents, moldings etc. Cabinet doors very dated and dirty as well. We have allergies so it bothered us. Also, the internet service was extremely slow and did not work if you went outside on the balcony.

Great beach condo

We found the condo to be perfectly located to the beach, many good restaurants, and easy access to shopping. The condo was nicely decorated, spacious, and comfortable. The Plumlee Real Estate staff were very kind and helpful. Very easy to make the reservation, check in and out. We would recommend the condo and priced fairly for being right on the beach.
