Top Floor corner unit with wrap balcony with view of the Intracoastal Waterway and a peek-a-boo view of the Gulf of Mexico too. Two Bedroom, Two bath. The master bedroom has a Queen bed, ceiling fan, 50" Roku smart TV and ensuite bathroom with tub/shower. The second bedroom has both a Queen and Full bed, ceiling fan, and 50" Roku smart TV. The living room has a view of the Intracoastal, the corner unit provides plenty of natural light and there is a ceiling fan in both the living and dining areas. There is a 65" Roku smart TV with cable and DVD player in the living room to unwind from a day at the beach. The hallway bathroom has a tub/shower. The kitchen has all the amenities of a home with full-size appliances including a dishwasher. This condo has FREE secure WiFi and FREE long-distance calling to the US and Canada. The property offers a secure elevator, a nearby stairwell, and a large heated swimming pool. The pool area has bathrooms and a shower/rinse station. There are new (2020) HE washing machines in the coin laundry room on the same floor. There are two grills (1 charcoal, 1 gas) for your use as well. The sugary sand beaches of Indian Shores are well maintained and depending on the time of year you may see a sea turtle nest or Skimmer bird colony.
