Hi William. Wow a 6 out of 10 is like a D in school. I’m so disappointed thet we didnt provide you with what you were looking for. Sorry we didnt have white sheets. Thats intentional, but we have never heard any complaints about the color of the sheets if that was important to you, I would have purchased them for you. Plus if you felt the home wasnt clean enough, I wish you would habe told us. We could habe done many things to improve for you. Again, Im sorry you were so disappointed. Cory

Good Afternoon. We are so sorry to hear that you were unhappy with your stay. If you wouldn't have contacted us, we would have immediately come to help. Yes the cleaners needed a bit extra time to finish the home, but usually when that happens, guest don't have an issue. She stayed out of your way and you were still able to check-in. Unlike a hotel, we don't have the option of moving you to a different room. Sometimes it takes a bit longer to get the home ready. We are sorry that had such a big impact on your stay. You didn't mention anything about what wasn't cleaned. If you would have told us, we would have immediately come to take care of it. As for bugs, we have never seen any issues or heard from any other guests. But we will still have the home fumigated just in case. Yes the home is in a bit of a rustic are so some bugs are bound to find their way to the home. But just in case, we will have it fumigated. Again, to rate us a 2, you must have had a horrible stay. We are so sorry you had such a bad time at our home. I wish we knew so we could have taken care of you. We pride ourselves on being great hosts. Again, sorry you had such a bad experience.

Hi Jolene. We are so disappointed that you had such a terrible time. If you would have let me know of your concerns, we could have come to take care of them. 99% of our guests on VRBO and Airbnb love our home as much as we do. We sincerely apologize that it didn’t meet your expectation. 😔

Hi Collin. Thank you so much for your feedback. Yes we are in the process of replacing all the blinds in the master bath. That will be done by the end of March as the blinds were a custom order so it’s taking a bit longer than anticipated. As for the cleaning items, I will certainly have a conversation with our cleaning team. We rarely get any complaints about their work, but I guess it can happen. We will ensure those challenges don’t happen again. Thanks again for your stay.

Hi Lauren. I'm so sad to hear that you weren't happy with our home. If you would have contacted me about your displeasure, we would have been happy to help. Yes unfortunately the carpet was stained by the group ahead of you. It's being replaced this coming Monday. Just couldn't get it done before your arrival and we really tried. Sorry about that. The same thing with the sink knob. That is being replaced this Tuesday. Some of our windows are old and don't open anymore, but we did mention that in our description. Maybe I need to put that more upfront. I'll look into that. We will also certainly look into the covering by the shower. Sorry about that. I'm sorry you felt the home was "grimy". Our cleaners usually do a fantastic job and we've never had a complaint about cleanliness. But I will speak to the cleaners and ensure they do better for future guests. Again, from the bottom of my heart, I am so sorry that you had such an unpleasant experience. I know that vacations (and the money spent) don't come easily and I'm sorry if you felt yours was affected by our home. We work hard to help provide a great experience for all our guests, but I guess we need to improve. Thank you for the feedback and we will do everything we can to improve.
