• Linens: Ahhhhh, yes! Completely comfortable, all cotton bed and bath linens including clean and comfy sleeping pillows, clean kitchen linens, and plenty of beach towels.
• Always provided in every BESTNEST in quantity for your stay: beach chairs/umbrellas/sand toys/beach cart, a supremely equipped kitchen (in quality and quantity), hand soap, dish soap, kitchen sponges, trash bags, paper towels, tissues and toilet paper, your favorite hair dryer ever, fragrance free laundry soap and dryer sheets, ziploc bags, coffee filters, cleaning supplies, loads of quality coat and skirt hangers, and a few surprises.

Our FAQ:

HOW FAR TO BEACH: Just step out your back door!

PETS: Only humans allowed at this townhouse, please.

PAYMENTS: For reservations made thirty (30) days or less days prior to arrival, payment in full is due at the time the reservation is made. For reservations made thirty one (31) days or more prior to arrival, payment of 25% of the total is required, and the full amount of travel insurance premium, if accepted, is required at the time of booking. The balance of the final total is required thirty (30) days prior to arrival. Long term winter reservations policy differs- please inquire.

CANCELLATIONS: You are welcome to cancel your reservation without penalty and receive full refund of your deposit up to 31 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made 14 days to 30 days prior to arrival will receive a 50% refund of total payment. At 13 days prior to arrival, your reservation becomes noncancelable and non-refundable. Travel insurance is always highly recommended.

POOL: The Turtle Lane Club pools (actually there are two) are just across the parking area and open 9 am to 10 pm, April-September. Please inquire for specific dates of operation each year.

Great beach experience!

We rented this amazing home in the Sea Pines community for 4 days for a family beach trip. The views are amazing as is the condition of the house. The home has a private path to the beach and was great for the family especially with all the trips back and forth from the house to the beach that happen over the course of the day.

Very nice place

Excellent location, great views of beach, well equipped kitchen. Transitions in floors between rooms and bathrooms were a bit tall, several people tripped on them. Step down to outside porch was about 6 inches, a step there would be useful. Overall, a very nice place and we had a great vacation.

We loved the easy walk to the beach, the provided beach towels, sand toys, and kitchen equipment (would have helped to have instructions for the cooktop! - thank heavens for the son-in-law who googled to find instructions!) Clearer, site-specific instructions for the onsite garbage collection area would also be helpful!

Reviewer Comments: Beautiful home that is well kept and spotless. The view of the beach is incredible, and the house has everything anyone could want. The management company is great, we were there during a hurricane and they were great about checking in to make sure we had what we needed. This is not a criticism but one of the main bedrooms had 2 twins that couldn't be pushed together. Another king or queen would be preferable because the twin beds are really too small for adults. But this house is awesome.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love the location - rented this home again. However, a few things should be addressed: there were dead plants in all the outdoor pots - either keep them alive or remove the pots! The downstairs bed was TOO SOFT - replace with a king of Calif king. Kitchen appliances are awful - ice maker was not working the entire time we were there; the dishwasher nearly fell out of its cabinet - it was not properly secured to countertop; and the cooktop is a nightmare to operate. The kitchen drawers don't stay closed unless you are extremely careful - one could retrofit with soft closures cheaply. The plastic on the dining table is tacky. Teh soft covers on the kitchen chairs are a big improvement from the plastic covers of last year. The primary bedroom balcony has so much large furniture on it that we could not use it at all! I also own a rental property in Vail CO and would welcome input like this from guests - it's sometimes hard to see these things yourself.

Reviewer Comments: We found this place at the last minute after our existing accommodations through another rental company were misrepresented and needing some work. Beverly was wonderful and quickly got us into the snow, beautiful townhome overlooking the ocean. The place was spotless, well appointed, and have beautiful furnishings. my parents commented that they haven’t had great of a view since they were in Hawaii a number of years ago. we travel a fair amount and Beverly and her team hands-down provided the best level of service you have received.
