Enjoyable Hilton Trip

Beautiful location on the beach. Beautiful home with everything needed in the kitchen. The pool was nice and having our own boardwalk to the beach was nice! Vacation Homes stayed in contact with me. Thank you for a wonderful trip!!

Week at the beach

We booked this location for its proximity to the beach and that it had an elevator and garage parking. One of the garage doors was nonfunctional for 4 days. The most negative impact was the lack of a working elevator. We had elderly family members who were essentially prisoners because it was too difficult to maneuver the multiple stairs into and out of the property. We were told the elevator would be repaired only to find out that it was not an option. This resulted in drastic changes of plans and prevented many family activities.The management has, thus far, made no effort to compensate for these issues.

Big Disappointment

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house needs a serious updating. Lots of small things made for an uncomfortable stay. The kitchen is furnished with castoffs from other kitchens, the deck is splintered and had roofing nails on it, the dishwasher took 3.5 hours to run a cycle. For the price, it should have been nicer.

Perfect Beachfront Home

This was home was perfect for us - one of the primary bedrooms looks out over the water. We started every morning here taking it all in over a cup of coffee. Super safe, everything you could need, and the management group was lovely!

Great Location - Not So Great House

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family has been staying on Singleton for 6 years. We've stayed in three other properties, which were all the most luxurious accommodations we could ask for. We were very disappointed in 2 Collier. For the same amount as the other properties this one rated far below in many areas. The fixtures, furnishings, and decor were severely outdated and worn. The kitchen has a warped, electric cook top, the flooring was very worn and dirty, and the view to the ocean was obstructed from the main level deck. The decking was warped, rotted and loose in many places. A couple of the bedroom doors wouldn't completely close.The other homes that I have experienced have professional, updated decor and furnishings, a fantastic view of the ocean, are very clean and come with a gourmet kitchen.The house location is fantastic and if you are looking for a beach front bargain, this one would be perfect...if only you got it at a bargain price.The owner can no longer justify premium prices for sub premium, sub standard accommodations.

The house was clean and had everything we needed.We decided to add the pool heating to our stay and that was a great addition to our vacation, the weather was spectacular for late December and we got to enjoy the outdoor spaces.Having your own boardwalk to the beach is idillic, we took walks on the beach daily.I would like to give kudos to the rental company, Andi was very friendly, answered all my questions and always replied to email promptly. The Alexa in the unit made it very easy to check in and out. We plan to be back soon!

There was a maintenance issue going on when we arrived, but it was handled very quickly and at very little inconvenience.This home is absolutely lovely and you cannot beat the location. Fabulous Family Home with Incredible Views

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time at this beautiful home. You could see the recent improvements the homeowners made. Kitchen was well equipped. Bedding in all the bedrooms was super comfy. The view from the master bedroom was incredible! Our teenagers loved the privacy of the upstairs living space. They even stocked their own snacks in the cabinets and refrigerator which kept them from roaming the house in the middle of the night when the rest of the adults were sleeping. Our only minor disappointment was in the size of the pool area, extending the deck to provide more outdoor dining would be a nice addition. Chris from the property management company was great to work with. We used a beach chair service the entire time which made getting down to the beach easy and convenient although carrying chairs would have been easy too. We've rented many beach homes over the years and this one was one of the best! Thank you!

The private pool was awesome, although it felt smaller than the pictures on the website. We did have some issues with the pool heat running out and the management company was very responsive and solved the problem in an acceptable way. The home was super clean upon arrival. The home itself is very spacious. We had three families and never felt crowded. The third floor was our office/school location and it was nice to be so spread out.Overall, the house could use some paint and wall repair. Some furniture needs replacing. It feels like a tired rental. The kitchen was fairly well stocked but definitely it needs more utensils as there weren’t enough forks for everyone in our party Overall, I’d recommend! .

We actually are looking to come back in May. A few things I’ll brag on - the kitchen was well stocked!
