Pool may be heated for additional $75 per day times the number of days booked. Please notify manager at least 48 hours in advance as it does take time to heat.

No unregistered guests are allowed at the property without consent of the hosts. The amount of people you book for is the amount of people allowed at the home.

Must be 25 years of age to rent home and ID may be required.

Ring camera on the front of the home for guest safety and security of the property. No cameras in home or anywhere in the backyard.

Outdoor Quiet Hours are 10 PM Nightly and strictly enforced as this is a city ordinance.

No pets are allowed at the home.

No smoking is allowed on the property. Any signs of smoking will result in a $2000 fine.
