It sits near the main house on 2.5 acres, but has its own private driveway entrance, single-car garage, and fenced in backyard. Explore the nearby walking trails, gaze at the stunning star-lit nights, and experience the native desert life.

This property was perfect for what we needed for our trip to visit family in the area. The casita qas spacious, clean and comfortable. It had eveything you could need. The location is beatiful and quiet. Will definitely stay here again for future trips.

Perfect Casita

Eric kept in contact with me prior, during & after our stay. Extremely clean, everything in excellent shape. Great upgrades to home, well equipped kitchen, bathroom & living room. All appliances worked. Garage has opener, filtered water in kitchen & TV with Netflix & Amazon (that’s all we needed). Grocery stores & gas station are just down the street, very easy access. We enjoyed barbecuing in the evening & sitting outside & watching the sunset. It’s quiet & loved the sound of birds chirping in the mornings. We watched a herd of deer grazing next to us in the morning. Eric was extremely accommodating & was always making sure we were comfortable & answered any questions we had. The casita was exactly what we needed at the time & met all our expectations. Thanks for a wonderful 4-day stay Eric!

Great House

Very nice place. There was a lot of room and storage for 2 people. Clean and comfortable. Everything worked and the host was very responsive to any issues. Having the garage was a nice plus as it provided a secure place to store our bikes and bike rack when not in use. We enjoyed our stay here and would consider this place again.

Beautiful Casita

When we return to the Tucson area, we hope to return to this casita. The home was absolutely immaculate when we checked in.It had everything we could possibly needed. The surrounding area is beautiful. Our host communicated with me quite well. We look forward to coming back to this wonderful place.

Great House in the Desert

House was nice. Location on the “edge” of Tucson out in the country was great. Patio area with grill and fire pit for cooler nights. Overall A+

This was our first time in Tucson. It was such a treat to stay in Eric's casita for a week. It had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay and at night, when we opened the windows, the coyotes would serenade us to sleep. The casita was far enough away from retail to feel closer to nature, but not too far to pick up groceries and anything else we needed. It was truly magical and we loved our time there!

Peaceful Casita

This place is lovely. It’s very clean and quiet. We saw quail and an owl. We enjoyed hearing the owl hoot! The kitchen is well equipped. It was nice having a washer and dryer. We highly recommend staying here! We plan on coming back.

Comfortable, quiet casita

Modern casita, excellent out-of-the-way accommodations for two people. Peaceful desert location, but convenient to shops and restaurants. Communication with owner was good. Only downside was slow internet connection. We would recommend this rental.

Wonderful casita!

What a wonderful, quiet place to visit! The casita was immaculate, comfortable and well stocked. The views from the front and back patios were fantastic and the wildlife was abundant. Eric was very responsive. I will definitely stay here again the next time I visit Arizona.

Wonderful

Amazing place. Exceptionally clean and very well maintained. You can absolutely tell that they care about their place and their guests with many thoughtful features. One of the best rentals we’ve stayed at. Owner was extremely quick and responsive when we had a question. Extremely peaceful location and we will definitely stay here again and recommend this place to others. Thank you for hosting our visit to Tucson

Property was everything advertised; clean, easy to find, quiet, secluded. It was only a short 2 miles to the grocery store and shopping options - several great restaurants close by too. We really were pleasantly surprised at just how quiet and peaceful this location is. And those sun rises! Wow!
