The condo was spotless and felt like a home away from home. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and we all slept so well. Everything was clean and well-maintained. The kitchen had all the cooking supplies we needed, and the multiple bathrooms were a lifesaver for our family. The kids loved the large jacuzzi tub after a day at the beach. The first floor patio and easy access to the beach was great. The kids also enjoyed the free use of the kayaks! We will totally come back again!

We had a wonderful stay!! Condo is clean & has all the amenities that you need. Perfect location to walk the beach. Weather was nice for most of our trip & we enjoyed seeing the fall colors. Can't wait until next time.

Everything was great during our stay. Mary was able to answer any questions we had even before we had them. I recommend Mary’s condo for a great Traverse City getaway.

We loved this location! It was just close enough to Traverse City to make it super easy to get there, but just far enough away that it didn't feel like you were in the midst of it all. The private beach being a few steps away was very, very nice!

Great location and lovely condo

Mary's listing was just as described and perfect for our needs. I was attending the horse show with my 14 year old daughter and I took the bedroom and she slept on the sofa bed and said it was very comfortable. Communication was great and easy and Mary was very responsive to a couple of small questions I had. The place is only 7 mins from the horse show, 5 mins to Meijer for all your shopping needs and about 15 mins to downtown Traverse City. The location right on the lake and next to some walking trails was peaceful and laid back. The kitchen is small but served our needs and the place was well stocked with paper goods, kitchen items, etc. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Highly recommend this rental

We cannot say enough about this property. Everything was very clean and well cared for. Every possible supply that we may have needed was available in the condo. We honestly can’t think of anything that our host overlooked. Communication was outstanding and proactive right from the start. Mary was a great host who took a sincere interest in quality of our stay. We plan to return in the future.

Our fall stay in ACME

We had a wonderful time at this property. It was in great shape, had a beautiful view, was ideally located for all of the sites in northwestern Michigan, and was the perfect size for a long weekend. Mary stocked the fridge with waters and a bottle of wine, which helped us to feel right at home. We would definitely stay here again.

Traverse City Terrific!

The condo is located in an absolutely perfect location! Watching the sunset from the patio, or the pool, or the beach with a glass of wine was a perfect ending to the day. The condo is equipped with virtually everything you might ask for in a vacation rental; Mary has thought of everything. The property is clean as can be and comfortable. The complex is quiet and easily accessible and close to downtown, but not too close. When we return to the area, we will definitely try to rebook here - it's perfect for us!

A Perfect Weekend Getaway

The condo was absolutely perfect. The host thought of everything--even ice in a Yeti cooler that stayed frozen all weekend in 90 degree weather!--& had the condo stocked in case you forgot anything!!😊 It was clean, well maintained and in close proximity to all that Traverse City had to offer. We will definitely come back!😊

We had an awesome stay! This place had literally everything you could think of and our host was so responsive whenever we had a question or needed something. Our kids also loved the jacuzzi tub! We will most definitely be back :)

Hosting At Its Best

Our host, Mary, was very responsive & informative during our entire reservation process. She quickly answered all questions and provided a clean & comfortable home during our stay. Always a winner!

My wife and I stayed at Mary's condo last year and this year and it was awesome both times. She provides everything you need from plenty of towels to kitchen supplies, even ice available if needed. She is excellent with communication and the condo is in a nice area, super close to the Traverse City area,but not right in the madness. Highly recommended!

Annual Fall Color Trip

Property was absolutely perfect for our stay and exactly as described. Quiet but close to everything. Enjoyed our walks along the beach and through the woods next door. Saw some deer. Mary was very helpful and provides a wonderful property!! We are already planning our next visit.
