Minutes from downtown, it’s the perfect base for adventure, love, and unforgettable memories.

THE SPACE

Hey there! We’re so glad you’re checking out our cozy spot — perfect for couples or business travelers who want peace and quiet, on a secluded dead-end road.

Please note our home has two awesome vacation rentals, each with its own private entrance and coded entry. This unit is tucked above the garage with zero shared walls, so you get your own slice of paradise.

The hot tub and outdoor spaces are shared, offering a perfect spot to unwind and soak in the peaceful surroundings. Although these areas are shared, guests rarely cross paths, and in all our years of hosting, we’ve never had any concerns about privacy. It truly still feels like your own private, secluded retreat.

This property truly has everything you need for an exceptional getaway. From stunning views and cozy, luxurious accommodations to charming details and peaceful surroundings, it’s designed to make your stay unforgettable. Whether you’re celebrating something special or just craving a peaceful escape, this place is the perfect launching point for your Colorado adventure.

GUEST ACCESS

Guests will enjoy private accommodations in a cozy apartment located above the garage. Please note there are stairs leading up to the unit.

Inside, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen, smart TV with YouTube TV, washer and dryer, and a relaxing soaking tub. Step outside to the outdoor patio and deck area—perfect for unwinding.

We provide all the essentials, including fresh linens, towels, toiletries, and kitchen basics. You’ll have complete privacy with self check-in via coded entry for a smooth, easy arrival.

Both Megan and Mike were excellent hosts, super friendly, made sure we were comfortable and answered any questions we had within minutes, even questions on where the best place to run would be. :)The apartment was beautiful, welcoming and super comfortable. We had every amenity we could have wanted during our stay and the mountain views from our window were amazing. When we return to Colorado Springs, we will definitely check to see if the apartment is available.

Amazing property!!

We had the best weekend here! Close to pikes Peak, and shopping. The property is meticulous and gorgeous. We felt right at home as it had all that we needed right down to laundry pods! Hosts are amazing and communicative.

This was a beautiful property! It had everything we needed during our vacation. There were lots of things to cook and eat with, and the jetted bathtub was a very nice and enjoyable touch. This place is designed beautifully and with the guest in mind. The bed was so comfortable and the host was great at communicating to make sure we had what we needed. We will definitely stay here again if we come back through the area!

Colorado Spring June 2025

We had an absolutely amazing time. The property is a short walk away from an amazing view of Pike's Peak which we enjoyed just about every day. It's also in close proximity to Garden of the Gods and other attractions. The location is conveniently located close to I-25. The property is not huge, but the utilization of the space was outstanding. Accessing it does require going up a fairly long and steep set of stairs, so I would not recommend it to anyone with any type of disability, but if you're a young, able bodied couple, this location is perfect. The pricing was outstanding as well- probably less expensive than a decent hotel room. I give this 5 stars.

Tucked away gem!

We got away for a couple of days R&R. This place was perfect! This little gem is on the end of a cul-de-sac tucked in to lots of trees. It was so clean - and so quiet!! Even with other guests staying in the other unit, we enjoyed the outdoor seating and hot tub - and the peaceful setting. The hosts were very accommodating. Would stay here again!

I had a great stay here the hot tub was nice the Vrbo itself was nice and the host was very accommodating. Only issue I had was my fault I recommend using google maps, not Apple Maps as Apple Maps took us to a different rental right behind this one. The host came to find us and helped us get to the right location within minutes and was super understanding about it.

Anniversary Trip

Stayed a couple nights for our anniversary. Pleasant location on the edge of a street so we weren’t bothered by neighborhood bustle but were still in walking distance to some local coffee shops. Comfortable and clean stay. Hot tub and fire pit were a win. Hosts were kind and clear with communication.

Cozy Colorado Retreat!

We absolutely loved this place from Mike and Megan! They made the check in process so easy and inviting. Everything was so clean and in great working order. The Hot tub was incredible and was definitely the touch we needed to complete our Colorado vacation. Inside and out, all rooms and appliances were stunning! It is definitely a tucked away Gem that we will definitely remember for next time! Looking forward to experiencing this wonderful place again in the future! Thank you so much!

It was beautiful. The hosts provided essentials and extras like coffee and spices for cooking. It is located on the second floor. It is accessed from the back of the home and and up one flight of stairs. of stairs.

Home Away from Home

We had a wonderful stay in this cozy and well-appointed 1-bedroom unit! The home had all the amenities we could need, making our stay incredibly comfortable and convenient. The highlight was undoubtedly the stunning view of the Colorado mountains—it was breathtaking to wake up to every morning. Hey we are Mike and Megan. We met in Colorado Springs in 2016 while serving in the Army at Fort Carson and have since been married and now have two beautiful boys. We enjoy everything Colorado has to offer from outdoor activities like mountain biking, trail running, hiking, and rock climbing. We are avid travelers and have been to 9 different countries since we met.

A secluded spot in the middle of the city close to the mountains and downtown. Wildlife right outside the door. The perfect spot for a few nights away.
