Join us for a relaxing getaway at Padre Parade House! This multilevel home features 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms with a private heated pool! The home is just a 1.5 minute walk to Beach, Beach Access #22. You can literally grab the beach wagon and be setting up your beach site in less than 5 minutes.

On the ground floor, you will find your first guest bedroom, equipped with a queen size bed, flat-screen TV, USB charging ports throughout, plus direct access to the patio area and pool. This room also has a dressing table vanity to get ready for those nights out. In the garage you'll find the laundry room w/washer & dryer and an extra fridge to make it easier to load ice chests. No need to load your ice chest upstairs and drag it down! Garage also has a 240 volt outlet for charging your Electric Vehicle (EV). Bring your EV travel charger!

Just upstairs, the second level opens up to a beautiful open concept kitchen, living room, and dining area. The kitchen features modern finishes and appliances, perfect for making those home-cooked meals! The dining area has a picnic-style table that can accommodate 6 - 8 guests, with additional bar seating that wraps around the kitchen from the dining area to the living area. You can easily fit 16 people in this open space. The living room features a flat-screen TV with Roku streambar speaker, perfect for movie nights and game days! Off the living room, you have a large balcony that overlooks the pool with stairs that leads down to ground level. This balcony also provides a propane grill for you to enjoy cookouts with your friends and family!

On the 3rd level, you will find as well as the Master Suite. The Master features a King size bed and a flat-screen TV. A gorgeous sitting area provides you with extra space to read a book or watch your favorite shows and movies. The bedroom couch futon also folds out to beds if needed. The night stands have USB charging as well as AC power, making it easy to charge your devices or plug in your laptop without having to move furniture!

The en-suite bathroom has a gorgeous walk-in shower and large vanity, giving you plenty of space to get ready for a night out! The 3rd floor also entails the 3rd bedroom. This guest bedroom is equipped with a King size bed and a flat-screen TV, and USB charging ports throughout. The bedroom also offers guests a private 3rd-floor balcony where you can enjoy the ocean breeze while sipping your morning coffee or while enjoying an evening under the stars!

Padre Parade House is your very own tropical getaway! Go for a dip in the sparkling swimming pool! Don't forget to get a feel for the island life. Walk to nearby restaurants, shops, entertainment venues and of course the BEACH! Everything South Padre Island has to offer is just minutes away!

​​​​​​​Every stay at Padre Parade House includes a complimentary starter kit stocked with essential vacation items such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, dish soap, laundry detergent, coffee and filters, olive oil, and basic seasonings. For your comfort, we recommend bringing a few personal favorites such as beach towels, sunscreen, extra blankets, bottled water, or baby items. These small extras will make your stay even more relaxing and worry-free.
