Lapa Villas: 3 Homes w/ & king beds, Heated Pool, Gym, Jacuzzi & Beach Trail!

Lapa Villas consist of 3 homes with a total of 7 bedrooms & bathrooms on a beautiful, lush property on Quepos Point. This part of Manuel Antonio, called Punta Quepos, is known for its natural beauty and wildlife. There is a private trail leading down to a semi-private, sand & rock beach (5 min) and there are also 2 other beaches within walking distance--including Playa Biesanz, a cove beach with small waves (12 min), and Playa Espadilla, the main public beach (20 min).

The property is centered around the the middle home (#2), which is the heart of the property. The home itself is centered perfectly between flowering gardens, the covered pool area, and the open-air kitchen & outdoor lounge. It is charmingly rustic and also a bit funky. There are 2 spacious bedrooms: The master bedroom has a king bed and a private bathroom with a huge open shower, and the guest room has 2 singles which can be made into a king, also with a large private bathroom.

The furniture, ceilings and floors are of tropical hardwoods. The outdoor kitchen and lounge area also have a warm, wooden, organic feel and are where you'll spend all of your time. The outdoor kitchen is the heart of the property with 2 bars and bar stools on both sides, a large dining room table and perfect pool for both kids and adults. The dining area spills over into the pool area--a heated pool, nice for any season. This is a great area to convene (and for chef services!).

The upper home (#1) is 4 levels, and is spacious as well as more modern than the middle home. The main apartment, one level above the road/garage level, has 2 equally appointed bedrooms with king beds and ensuite bathrooms. There is an open floor plan for the living area, dining & kitchen areas. The kitchen itself is charming, crafted of wood, and has everything you need to feel at home. In the living area are a large 55" flatscreen TV and a good Bluetooth speaker. There is a 200MBps internet wifi connection as well. A flight of stairs takes you up to the rooftop terrace, with the best ocean views and also an dreamy jacuzzi!

On the street level are 4 independent parking garages for exclusive use for the guests. One level down from the street/garage level is an open gym and 2 independent bedrooms accessed via the same outdoor breezeway as the gym, each with ensuite bathrooms and king beds. (We also have a double bed we can put in either of these bedrooms if needed.)

The lower home is the newest (finished spring 2025) and the most modern. It's spacious, with a large bedroom that flows into the living area, which opens up to the pool area. The finishes are top of the line, including switch-operated frosted windows in the bathroom. There is also a full kitchen with everything needed to feel at home. This villa is farthest from the road--but closest to the beach.

Finally--a paverstone trail leads to a semi-private, little-visited, mostly-rocky beach where you can enjoy the natural beauty, drink your coffee in the morning, or go kayaking. (Please note that the trail is NOT flat--there are steps and a handrail along the steeper parts, but still requires caution.)

With 7 bedrooms each with king beds Lapa Villas is ideal for groups and families looking for a fun place to call home. There is lots of wildlife that can be seen on the property, from monkeys, to sloths, to toucans and more. The pool is ideal for kids and is totally private (and heated--surprisingly nice at the end of the day!).
