Welcome to Miramar Beach, the Florida panhandle's best-kept secret! Stay in this beautiful condo while you explore scenic beach roads, surf shops, and fantastic restaurants. Enjoy panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico from the balcony. Spend all day on the white sandy beach parasailing, paddle boarding, snorkeling, swimming, or enjoy all the amenities of the resort and things to do nearby. With pools, a hot tub, a grilling area, and tennis courts, there's no shortage of things to do for you and your group.

Inside you'll find a bright interior with an air of welcoming. The comfortable furniture throughout invites you to sit back and relax, especially the couches around the large TV just begging you to indulge in a Netflix marathon. Hobby chefs will love preparing meals and beach picnic snacks in the full kitchen, with a breakfast bar that seats three. The main bedroom is the epitome of comfort with a TV and an en suite bathroom with a double-sink vanity, walk-in shower, and soaking tub. Dine al fresco or enjoy your morning cup of coffee on the balcony, watching the sunrise.

Beach access is across the highway on the beachside of Sandestin® Golf and Beach Resort. The Tram can shuttle guests to the beach parking, or you can drive and park in the graveled public parking area across from the Tivoli Bridge.

Very nice stay

The property was very clean and the location is perfect. Just at the center of the village, has a nice pool and close to everything. Customer service was perfect, very easy to access and very helpful. We had a great time!

Christmas Fun

We took our two Grandbabies to see Santa and the lights at Baytown Wharf! The location of the property was amazing. It over looked the Christmas tree and Santa’s sleigh. You took an elevator down and walked out through the door and you were where all the fun was. The condo was perfect for us 4! Roomy and spacious! Will be booking next year!

One night stand

This room was offered to us by Vacasa because the other room we rented was unavailable due to an air conditioning issue. They were super nice in accommodating us. We only stayed here one night but the location was fantastic. It is right in the hub of Baytown Wharf. It seemed to have everything we needed.

Perfect location and beautiful condo

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Lovely condo and perfect location. Everything was easy to navigate and we would definitely stay there again. The only negative was that the bedroom carpet was disgusting and dirty. It is in desperate need of cleaning or replacing.

Four star experience

We had a really great experience in this room. It's right off the main Village with tons of different activities and shops. The tram and pool passes made it super easy to move around to different areas of the resort as well. We loved how the room felt like a home, and even though it was off the main entrance, it was still relatively quiet. Also, the inroom washer/dryer was so convenient after several days on the beach. Our only issues were that the cleaning team showed up 30 minutes before check out, and that we were denied after asking to stay a few hours later than our 10am check (we wanted to stay until noon because we had a late flight). Otherwise we had a great time and will definitely try to come back (we'll just plan our flights better next time!)

Good location but noisy and needed cleaning

If you’re looking to be out late and within close stumbling distance to the restaurants and bars you’ve found the right place. If you’re looking for a quiet retreat and to be asleep before 11pm look elsewhere. The convenience to the shops and restaurants were great until the dueling pianos at Rum Runners went until 1am. But again if that’s your vibe then you’ve come to the right place - I personally was expecting something different when it states the community quiet hours start at 10pm. I also unfortunately had issues with the cleanliness. The floors were very dirty and the rest of the place was dusty. When the management company checked in on my stay and I informed them of this, they made it sound like they were going to send someone back out but I never heard from them again.

Quick Get Away

Loved the location of the unit and the unit itself. The only thing that takes away from this being 5 star is there was the nastiest smell the whole time we were there. We bought heavy duty air freshener, and it still wouldn't go away. It smelled like heavily scorched teriyaki noodles/food. Maintenance and landscapers also start early in the morning. Not great for sleeping late.
