Come relax and recharge by the private pool or at one of the local beaches. Minutes to sunset Beach or the larger Fred Howard beach where you can rent paddle boards, kayaks and more. There are plenty of local restaurants depending on your taste or a modern kitchen for home cooking. Close enough for day trips to Clearwater beach, Busch Gardens or the multiple art galleries in St petersburg. You will feel like you're on vacation but still comfortable at home in this quiet local neighborhood. Also keep your eyes open for Frodo the gopher tortoise who has his home in the front yard.

We had a wonderful time. This is our second stay here and will definitely stay again. We love having a pool right in the back yard and the outdoor seating area. The beaches are within biking distance. The house was nicely decorated and we had everything that we needed. I would recommend this property as it is well maintained.

Family Vacation July 2025

Very happy with this property. Thank you Wendy for the easy access and for communicating so promptly. This property is very clean and has lots of space for my family of 5 or more. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen is load with everything you need to cook. The pool is clean and well maintained. My son really enjoyed. Nice neighborhood and quiet which I love. I definitely recommend this place. Five stars stay. I would definitely come back again. I also recommend Honeymoon Island 10-15 minutes from this property.

Another Perfect Stay – Our Home from HomeAs with last year, this lovely property once again provided the perfect base for our 3-week annual vacation. The home is beautifully maintained, spotlessly clean, and has all the amenities we need.It’s in a fabulous location, allowing us to explore the stunning beaches all the way down to Sarasota.Wendy, the owner, is as welcoming and accommodating as ever—kindly allowing us a late check-out due to our evening flight.We’re already looking forward to booking again for next year—wouldn’t stay anywhere else!

Don’t stay here… unless you want a perfect vacation!

Anniversary week in Tarpon Springs

Enjoyed another stay at this wonderful property for our anniversary week. Wendy is the best. If any issues come up she makes sure they are promptly taken care of quickly. Pool is amazing. Nicely appointed kitchen. Great location.

Beautiful Home

Nice quiet neighborhood. Easy, no contact home access. The house was very clean and smelled good upon arrival. The grocery store is 10 min drive. It’s a nice area. The beds were comfortable. It also has a washer and dryer. The pool is big and beautiful. My family and I felt safe, comfortable and relaxed. We would stay again. Thank you!!

Getaway

Very nice property. Worked out well for my sisters and I to stay. It was cooler then we expected but still enjoyed the stay. Only used the pool a little since the weather. The only thing we had trouble with is every time we used the oven, the fire alarms would go off.

Tarpon Stay

We absolutely loved the house. Everything we could want or need was there. The location was fantastic. Wendy was wonderful when I had questions. This is definitely a place we would book again. Plus we has two visits from Frodo. We would highly recommend this house.

Family visit

Wendy was easy to work with, very flexible and considerate of our situation. The house is clean, neat, well stocked and nicely furnished. The abundant pool accessories were appreciated. The neighborhood is quiet and close to shopping, restaurants and the Sponge Docks. We highly recommend Hella's and rhe flaming cheese

Relaxing

Really enjoyed the home and all it offered in the way of space and room the pool was a big plus for our family and when we hosted thanksgiving the cousins enjoyed it as well. Very quiet neighborhood and great location. We left refreshed and not ready for snow upon return to our home state

Florida Family Wedding Trip

This home is soo beautifully updated with everything needed for a wonderful family trip. The host was very responsive to questions and communication. The place is totally stocked with everything including Wine Aerator. We all enjoyed the pool, the grill and the entire backyard. It is our favorite place on the west coast of Florida.

Had an amazing time in this property. Beautifully clean and exactly as described Wendy the host was easy to contact and was very accommodating letting us check out later than usual due to our flight back to the UK being in the evening. Would highly recommend this property, so much in fact that I arranged my dates for 2025 with Wendy before I left. Thank you again Wendy for sharing your beautiful home with us

Look no further.

Once again flawless. Second time staying and already preparing to book next year. We are a family of 4 (Mom,Dad, two boys: 6 and 2yrs old). Neighbourhood safe and friendly. Location is perfect blocks away from Sunset and Howard beaches. The residence itself wonderful. Open and inviting, clean and spacious. Everything provided from beach toys to band aids and everything in between. Truly it’s our home away from home. Beautiful pool - I can go on and on. When we left our boys said “bye Florida house!” Our family loves this rental! Safe, clean and cozy, proximity to dining, beaches, activities, it’s perfect.

Beautiful home, very clean, great location!

Home is very clean, had everything we needed and is in a great location! Property owner was very quick to respond to any questions we had. The pool is beautiful and nicely heated, unfortunately the weather was a bit too cool outside for us to enjoy it. The home sleeps 6, and we had 6 (4 adults and two teens) and we had plenty of room for dining but the living room area was a bit small, but we made it work. We will definitely look at staying at this property again when we visit Florida again.

Great house, better hosts!

Our flight arrived at 10am and since the house had been cleaned the day before, Wendy told us we could check in as early as we needed to! The pool was heated, the house was clean, it was well stocked with everything we needed and it was a thoroughly enjoyable stay! Because our flight out is late in the day on check-out day, we were also told we could leave anytime that it was convenient for us since the cleaning had been scheduled for the next day. This is a huge help so we don’t have to find somewhere to go to kill time before heading to the airport. Such great hosts! Will definitely stay again when we are in the area. Thanks Wendy and Lee!

Amazing location!

This was one of the best vacations we have ever had. The check-in process was easy. The neighborhood was absolutely great. Close to the sponge docks and to beaches. The house is very well maintained and clean! The pool was great! If I could rate the property more than 5 stars I would! We had an overall great experience and hopefully will be back next year.

Hidden Gem

An absolutely beautiful, cozy and quiet place to escape to! Has a little bit of everything you would need for your pool/beach days. My family enjoyed our stay and look forward to a repeat visit in the future!
