Welcome! Enjoy your perfect landing pad with easy access to everything near Arizona State University, Tempe, Scottsdale and Phoenix. This ground-floor condo was recently renovated for guests to come and enjoy their Arizona stay to the fullest! The property has a great set up for families or guests who want to enjoy exploring ASU or to come check out the Arizona sunshine lifestyle at its finest!

Can’t leave your fur baby behind? We are dog friendly! One well behaved dog under 25 lbs may be allowed with pre approval! There will be a pet fee of $25 per dog per day (If you have a long stay please ask me what the price would be) with a minimum of $150 per dog. There will also be a refundable pet deposit of $300 per dog. If you do not pre-approve your pet, you are subject to cancellation.

There are 2 bedrooms- one King sized bed and one with two twin beds a comfortable living/cooking/dining space that will make you feel like it is your home-away-from-home. Each bedroom and living room has its own smart TV. This condo has nicely updated kitchen and bathrooms, contemporary furnishings, and no interior steps! The complex includes 3 pools to enjoy. Also, two parking spaces are provided! If flying into town, this property is super convenient to Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport.

One of many perks of staying here is the PERFECT location- just steps away from Tempe Town Lake, where one can rent boats, scooters and bikes or just stroll/jog down the pedestrian path. There is also Papago Park close by to hike, walk, picnic and it is even close to a dog park, should you bring Fido along! It is a half mile from the Tempe Light Rail so getting around Tempe is easy, and it will also take you to Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport and downtown Phoenix and Mesa! There are SO many restaurants and shopping options in the area-let Google do the work and go have fun exploring.

Coming to check out ASU life or visit your college student? You are in ASU's backyard so bring your Sparky gear and stroll down Mill Ave to soak up some university vibes!

Want to check out other parts of Phoenix? It is also close to the freeways so getting to other parts of Phoenix and Scottsdale is just a few minutes away! The Phoenix Zoo and Phoenix's famous Desert Botanical Garden is another great option that is a 15 minute drive. Feel like maybe getting a little more adventurous? We recommend taking a day trip to see the gorgeous red rocks of Sedona - via the I-17 freeway, it's only about 2 hours away!
