Pine Ave y Northshore Drive adorable casa de playa. Anna Maria Island casa de vacaciones en la playa ubicada en el extremo norte del pueblo histórico de Anna Maria, Anna Maria Island. A solo unos pasos de Pine Ave, la playa, restaurantes y tiendas. Camina cómodamente por todos lados. También tenemos otra villa de 2 dormitorios y 1 baño para ofrecer, visite el listado VRBO # 394722 para obtener información.

Todas las mañanas, con la ubicación de nuestras dos villas, puede disfrutar de un corto paseo para comer deliciosamente pasteles recién horneados, panes y café tostado en la tienda de antigüedades local y en la panadería junto a Magnolia y Gulf Drive. Pasea por Pine Ave. y retroceda en el tiempo con los pintorescos frentes de las tiendas y los cafés y los porches con sillas mecedoras. Experimente algunas de las mejores compras costeras. A lo largo de Pine Ave., Spring Ave o Magnolia, tiene acceso rápido al lado oeste de la isla que muestra 7 millas de una playa de arena blanca o al este, a pocos pasos del lado de la bahía de la isla y pasar tiempo en el muelle histórico de la ciudad mientras se pesca o se ve el puente Sunshine Skyway. Mientras estés en Pine también puedes experimentar el pintoresco centro de la ciudad para disfrutar de helados, restaurantes, teatros y tiendas.

This house was in a perfect location and was very nicely kept. Everything was within walking distance, food, shops, and the beach. With all of that being so close, it was actually fairly quiet. The beach was maybe a block and a half walk, and was so beautiful and not crowded. If you wanted to visit other beaches, the trolley stop was also maybe a block away and can take you to another beach for free. The house itself was very cute and very nice. I spoke with the owner and was told they worked really hard to get the house back up and renovated after last year's hurricane. They did a great job, very homey. Everything was clean. We had one small hiccup mid way through our stay and the owner responded immediately and got it taken care of very quickly. Communication was great. The only suggestion I would make (and I experience this in every beach house I've ever rented), you really need inside rugs at the door to wipe sand from the feet (we vacuumed a lot throughout the week) and more towel hooks. Towel hooks for bathroom towels and beach towels. Overall great place to stay, would definitely stay here again when we make it back to AMI.

We couldn’t have asked for a better stay on Anna Maria Island. The rental property was beautiful, clean, and property owner was friendly and helpful! Highly recommend if you are looking for a property within walking distance to the beach and many great restaurants. Just as it's pictured!

The house was just as it was pictured & very clean! So close to everything in town & the beach. The walk to the beach was a little longer than expected, but not bad. This was our first trip to AMI, so we did not know much about the area or beach access. We quickly learned that we liked the beach access on Elm better than the one on Pine because the beach was a little less crowded. It was a slightly longer walk, but worth it. All in all, great house in a great location & we would definitely consider staying here again!

Hidden Gem on AMI

I staying in this cute bungalow for Atlanta's Spring Break weekend. Great location - steps from shopping/restaurants and the beach. Furnishings both inside and out are comfortable and stylish. House comes with everything you need for the kitchen and has basics in the pantry. My one drawback is that it is a smaller home and having 4 teenagers up late hanging out in the living room meant I needed a sound machine to drown them out. With that said - I would definitely stay here again. Also, one last comment - the hosts are wonderful! You can tell this is their family's home - not just some rental with a property management company handling stuff.

Cute rental!

We loved the location. The property was cute and the outside area was nice to relax in! The beds were all really firm which made it difficult to sleep so I don’t think we would book this rental again but it was nice for a few nights! FYI this rental doesn’t provide toiletries. There was some shampoo/conditioner but no body wash so would recommend bringing your own if you stay here!

We relocated here to Anna Maria Island 28 years ago from Michigan. We now enjoy raising our family here in this quaint coastal community. We are business owners locally. In addition to running our vacation rental Michelle is a local successful Realtor on Anna Maria Island at Duncan Real Estate, a mom, a local resource for her customers , and recently after Hurricane Helene and Milton hit she now also loves helping people coordinate their property remodels and decor. I enjoy helping to create a lifestyle for my customers so they can also enjoy our amazing tropical sunsets and be a part of a small quaint coastal community. She also finds time to enjoy the beach and watch a few sunsets and volunteer locally.

We chose this property because of its charm and location. Since we lived and work on the island, we knew we could own and operate our very own vacation rental on Anna Maria Island. We also knew that it was a sound investment for ourselves and enjoy being able to share a little bit of this paradise we have found with everyone.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The property is unique in its location. We are open and are welcoming our guests back after our remodel from the hurricanes . This home is sitting at the historic north end of Anna Maria. We are in the heart of the village of Anna Maria just steps away from Pine Ave. shopping and dining district. You are literally at the best end of the island and walking distance from everything local that you would want to enjoy and experience. Although having a vehicle is nice it is not necessary as there is a trolley that runs north and south on the island to all the necessary conveniences the island has to offer.
