“We enjoyed our stay overall, but there are a few things that could be improved for future guests. The house wasn’t fully stocked—there were no propane tanks for the grill, only one trash bag provided, and the refrigerator’s ice maker wasn’t working/no ice was available also the vegetable drawer in fridge was broken. The home also could have been cleaner; we noticed some pee stains curtain, the second bedroom to the right was not very clean,trash and dead bugs behind the headboard and we saw both live and dead roaches inside the home during our stay. In addition, the bedroom with the crib had a broken bed, which made it difficult to use. It also would have been helpful to know ahead of time that the pool guy would be coming by. With improvements in cleanliness, stocking, and maintenance, this place could be a much better experience.”

Misled, Ignored and Scammed

We were excited for our stay after a 12 Hour drive into El Paso but once we arrived, we realized quickly things were not as they seemed. The VRBO site states that check-in is at 1 PM and check out is before 12. Well when we arrived the host quickly let us know that we weren’t allowed to enter the property until AFTER 3 PM because maintenance was being completed on the pool and refrigerator.. sounds simple enough except the refrigerator never reached temperature during our stay. The food we brought (for the 80th Birthday party that we paid an additional $125 to have) couldn’t even reach safe temperatures within the fridge.. We had to freeze everything and also buy ice.. because the freezer wouldn’t make ice.. Very few things were as pictured, 1. There is NO gazebo in the backyard; ergo there is no shade.. 2. There are no lounge chairs as pictured; there are two regular, upright lawn chairs; one of which has a gaping hole in the seat.. 3. the barbecue grill that is pictured.. was there but there was no propane, we purchased propane ourselves only for a component of the connector to be missing.. therefore if we used the propane it could’ve been disastrous with the air leak.. sooo the barbecue grill did not work.. 4. Every SINGLE rug in the entire house *including RESTROOM rugs* was absolutely filthy! Rugs were black to the naked eye in every room and every restroom 5. The gate to the backyard is hemmed up with bungee cables; which disrupted to flow of this supposed outdoor

A home away from home

We needed somewhere to stay where our kids and dogs would have free roam and enjoy! We were blessed with an awesome stay!! Many walks around a very safe neighborhood, the house had everything we needed. Super clean and well maintained pool and yard. 10/10 recommend!! We loved it! And hope to return for little weekend getaways.

Great Getaway Home

Loved the house..! Great communication with the property manager. Very accommodating..! Didn't get to use the pool because it was super cold outside but the backyard is very nice..!

Great house

We love this home and are now repeat customers. The east side location is great, the home is well kept, comfy and cozy, the yard and pool are great and our pup loves it too. The hosts are in touch and available when needed and we so appreciate the wonderful stay!

Review Vrbo in El paso

This was a nice house overall. The pool did have moss growing in it which puts it at a 3 star for me. The only real inconvenience was that they did not provide enough garbage bags or toilet paper.

Summer get away

Cool place to stay. Was not aware of cameras at first because it was not included in the listing but we had fun. Great place for a family with children. It has all the basic things.
