Your dream vacation starts here! This condo is designed for those seeking the very best in luxury and technology as well as the most gorgeous views! Your every need and want will be met in this beautifully curated custom modern condo. Upon entry, you will immediately take in the beautiful beach views. Go straight out to the action on your spacious patio or feel free to use the beach toys and chairs when you just walk steps to the beach . If the beach life has made you hungry, you have a full kitchen with everything that you could possibly need. If cooking isn’t for you, the best restaurants and nightlife are in walking distance. After a night out, nothing better than cozying up to the mood lit electric fireplace (with or without heat ). You will even have a crackler remote which sounds just like a real fireplace . Get cozy on the Lovesac sofa, known as the most comfortable sofa on earth! The beach view from the sofa is amazing. If you need a break from the beautiful Florida sunshine, utilize the fully automated Lutron blinds that block the sun without blocking your view! You may not ever want to leave your sofa when you see the “smart coffee table.” Sobro has thought of everything. Be lazy.. you’re on vacation. Open the large front refrigerator drawer and you won’t even need to get off the sofa to get a drink! It plays your favorite music, charges your electronics and even has mood lighting !! After consuming all those yummy beverages, luxuriate to either of our Toto washlet toilets…nothing better than a heated seat!! To all my fellow germaphobes, these toilets basically deodorize and clean themselves! As if you really want to go to bed with all of this excitement all around you: when preparing for your slumber, no worries if the bed will be comfortable with the king Sleep number bed in the master. You can adjust each side to your comfort! Whether you prefer sleeping in or taking in the breathtaking sunrises, just press the remote to rise or lower the Lutron blackout blinds!

I had an amazing vacation! Everything was wonderful. The condo was clean, comfortable, well-stocked, beautifully decorated, and had so many high-tech features! All of the extras were so appreciated. Communication with and accessibility of the host was great. I appreciated Kerri meeting me on arrival to go over everything. I've had many great Florida vacations over the years, but this one will be especially memorable. Best condo and hosts ever!

This place was amazing!!!! Location was GREAT, the views were outstanding! Walk to the beach was fast, just a few steps. Building and location was very clean and safe. Pool was perfect. The place provided all of our beach needs and then some, umbrellas, chairs, towels, buckets! We were very well taken cared of and enjoyed our family trip. I would highly recommend this place to anyone!!!

Detailed Luxury at its Best

Best stay - fabulous! The host's attention to detail and obvious hospitality were above 5 stars. The location had amazing views and the balcony was such a highlight of the trip! The condo was THE BEST - stocked with anything possibly needed, in kitchen, laundry, bedroom and bath. The DETAILS in furniture, supplies and decor were exceptional and unmatched. Highly Recommend.

Perfection

This condo is so peaceful and has the most amazing views! It has everything you could ask for and the hosts make it feel like home. The balcony is big enough for the whole family to enjoy! The location is fantastic and you can easily walk to restaurants. We walked to breakfast every morning after watching the sunrise! Cannot beat the luxury, location and views of this condo! This is our 2nd stay here and we are already planning our next trip!

Wonderful Memories Made!

“Wow” is the first word that comes to mind about this condo. Our family has never experienced anything like it. The home was spotless, with amazing views. The beach was not crowded, even on the weekends. We enjoyed so many great restaurants that were recommended by Kerri and Mike. Jazzy’s was hands down our favorite. We ate there three times ☺️ Communcation was easy and any questions we had were answered immediately. We were able to see three amazing launches while there, visit Universal Studios and my husband and son were able to get a fishing trip last minute thanks to a recommendation from Mike. We fell in love with Cocoa Beach and cannot wait to come back. Thank you Kerri and Mike for everything

Amazing stay!

Beautiful condo in a great location! Condo itself was clean with lots of special welcoming touches, like customized candles/scents, drinks chilled upon arrival, and a beautiful welcome gift. Excellent communication with hosts, including an introduction to all the high tech bells and whistles! The availability of beach gear is so helpful and even lots of toiletries and other necessities you might forget while traveling, especially with a family. The location was the best! Lots of restaurants and shopping in walking distance. The beach itself was perfect. You are far enough away from both the pier and downtown area condos/hotels, so many days we had the beach all to ourselves! And you are close enough to see launches from Cape Canaveral and Kennedy space center from the beach or balcony (we saw 2 rocket launches the week we were there!). The pool, common areas, and flower beds were all beautifully maintained and kept extremely clean. All in all, this condo is a definite favorite of our family and we would definitely return! Thank you to our hosts for an amazing stay!

Ultimate Luxury Paradise

We’ve rented multiple VRBO homes before and this was hands down the best experience we’ve ever had! The warm personal welcome from Kerri and Mike was such a nice touch and they even had beverages chilled for us when we arrived which was amazing! They had all of the same amenities we are used to at home plus tons of new features and luxury technology. The sleep number bed is the best and the same as we have at home so we slept so well! This location can not be beat! So close to downtown and to all of the great local restaurants. We walked the beach every night for dinner and they had an amazing breakfast spot across the street. We even saw a sea turtle for the first time laying eggs on the beach! So cool and a once in lifetime experience! We usually rent private homes, but this Penthouse condo and huge balcony was amazing! We spent a great deal of time on the covered balcony from watching the sunrise over the ocean with a cup of coffee, to falling asleep to the ocean waves. It was ultimate paradise and we didn’t want to leave! We will definitely be back next year!

Just as described!

Beautiful condo, great location directly on the beach with amazing sunsets and sunrises. Every amenity imaginable is provided and owners are great communicators. Walking distance to restaurants. Be sure to watch a launch from Kennedy Space Center right down on the beach in front of the condo. Highly recommend this place !

Perfect Get-away

From the initial contact from Kerri asking about our preferences to the day we left everything was seamless. The condo was just as pictured and described. Like other guests, we spent as much time as possible on the balcony. Even though it is directly ocean-front, the wind was negligible and never drove us inside - as we've experienced at other places we've stayed. Everything was very clearly communicated ahead of time, so we only had one question for Kerri and Mike during our stay, but it was answered immediately.

Sea La Vie

This oceanfront condo is just steps from the beach and within walking distance of shops and restaurants. The 5th floor, oversized balcony, gives you great views of the ocean and the morning sunrise. We enjoyed sitting out and listening to the waves and feeling the breeze. The condo has recently been updated and beautifully furnished and decorated. It has a fully equipped kitchen with everything that you could possibly need. The owners, Kerri and Mike, are great host’s and made us feel right at home. They met us at the condo upon our arrival and walked us through all the included technology and amenities, which there are a lot. They had included fall decorations, including live mums for us to enjoy. The refrigerator and coffee table cooler were stocked with our preferred beverages. We only had to provide food/snacks. The welcome basket and goodie’s were a nice personal touch. If you get the opportunity to rent this condo, take it. You will not be disappointed. We definitely will be back in the future.

Amazing hurricane vaca

We had an amazing time in this gorgeous very well decorated condo. All of the amenities and electronics and of course the beachfront was all amazing. We will definitely stay here again until everyone possible about this place. We had the most amazing time besides of course the hurricane but made it very safe with the hurricane shutters so we felt just fine. It is a must stay in if you come to this area. We are very much in love with this condo and will be back soon.

YOU WON’T FIND A BETTER PLACE TO STAY!

Not only were Kerri and Mike absolutely phenomenal in our interactions with them, but they also just happen to have the BEST place to stay in Cocoa Beach! I think the very best part of it was the fact that they cared enough to ask our preferences, and then made sure our choices were stocked throughout the home. From the drinks we like, all the way down to the hand soaps and air fresheners. Even a welcome gift! The fact that we didn’t have to stop by a store when we got in extremely late that first night, but still had everything we could need, was AWESOME! Now, on to the home itself. Every amenity you can think of is there. I almost don’t want to spoil the surprise by even talking about all the wonderful things they have that you didn’t even know you needed!! For example, I could just lay on the super-comfy couch, watch the huge tv, and pull open the coffee table if I needed a cold drink, while casually glancing out the glass doors for an exquisite view! If it got too bright for my TV viewing, well then I would just click the remote to close the blinds (which, by the way, you can still see through from inside while they’re closed…) Yup…. This is the life. Kerri and Mike’s home is beautiful, perfectly decorated and fully stocked with pretty much anything you might find yourself needing in a pinch. I am an outside person… You will not believe the balcony here! That, literally, is most often what sells me on staying somewhere when we visit the beach. I loved this one so much that my daughter and I actually slept outside on the most comfortable loungers so we could listen to the ocean. It’s got a perfect view, is on the top floor, and there were very few people on the beach because it was only for the residents of this place. Everyone we met there was so nice, AND there’s the most wonderful breezeway so you get the breeze coming straight from the ocean when you enter the complex or are laying by the pool. The place was immaculate. I had no fear of walking around barefoot… The sleep number bed was also amazing! I’m not sure I’ve ever slept like that before… Lol! I really could go on and on, but just trust me when I say that, if you want a place in Cocoa Beach, and this one is available, you should grab it immediately!! We were only the second family to get to stay at Mike and Kerri‘s place, so it’s not very well known yet. I promise you, when people find out about this place, it’s going to be booked all the time. Just saying…

We felt right at home at this condo. It is luxurious and updated, an amazing place to rent! The owners are amazing. The neighbors are so nice and welcoming as well.
