Great vacation

We had a great time staying here. It’s located near shops, grocery store and of course several ice cream places. The pool was amazing and they had a lot for the kiddos to do. Beach area was close and convenient. I’d definitely stay here again!!!!

Great stay

The amenities of the resort made the week wonderful! My son enjoyed the basketball court daily! We took advantage of both the pool and the beach. We enjoyed live music, bingo, trivia at the pool! We walked to Ron Jon and The Fat Donkey (ice cream)!

Nice location, good beach access, clean unit. Our condo was ocean view and next to the pool which made favorable for the kids. I would of like oceanfront myself. Accuracy of listing is correct.

Great location with lots of amenities

This resort had it all - easy beach access with chair/umbrella rental, game room, movie theater, pool, coordinated activities, discounted tickets to local attractions, ability to change out towels daily, and an on-site restaurant! We cooked a lot and the condo had most everything we needed to cook a meal. There is a grocery store just down the street, so we’re able to get everything we needed for the week! We were able to check in early and the staff was all very kind and accommodating. If we head to the Cocoa Beach area again, we would definitely stay here again!

We will be back

My family and I had a great time at The Resort On Cocoa Beach. Accommodations were spacious well maintained and clean. Amenities of the resort were very good, and well kept. We used them all, the gym, basketball court, tennis courts, pool, game room etc...The beach is great, clean and quiet, my kids had a blast ridding waves on their boogie boards, skimboarding, fishing, collecting shells and picking up mole crabs just to name a few. Perfect beach to just relax or to be very active if you want. We even got the chance to watch a rocket launch at night from the beach. We will definitively recommend The Resort to our friends, and we ourselves, will be back to enjoy another wonderful stay.

Great property!

We had a wonderful, relaxing time at the resort. We loved the location and how many extras were offered. Our teens loved the movie theatre and the basketball goals, our youngest enjoyed the indoor playground and splash pool. We adults loved the convenient towel dispensary, the gym, and the restaurant on site just to name a few. The only downfall for this specific unit is it is not ocean front. If it had a direct view and had it been provided with beach chairs it would have been perfect. However the unit was clean, comfortable, and had a nice layout. Also housekeeping provided towels, toilet paper, etc. throughout the week and that’s something other places we have stayed have not done. An unexpected bonus. We are already looking to book an ocean view room for next year.

We would come back again to this Resort!

We had a fun and relaxing stay! The condo was clean and modern. It was well stocked with dishes, cooking pots and pans, dish soap,bath soap, towels, dishwasher detergent and even laundry detergent. The big heated pool was fantastic and the staff even had bingo on the pool deck two afternoons.They offered cookout with music on the pool deck one night with music at a very low price. The resort had a great free movie theater that ran very current movies all week long. We had some friends come to visit and the staff offered to move the twin beds together to make them a King bed! Very close to the space center. It is only one hour to Disney on a nice wide beach that is very gradual incline for lots of shallow water. We also enjoyed the huge spa with a view. They had a nice gym at the resort and the Mexican Restaurant in Resort was excellent. This would be a great place for families but really all ages will enjoy!

Great Property

We loved these condos. Good furniture, nice kitchen, lots of teen activities nearby. And the teen bed room was not right next to the master so we appreciated not being woke up at 1am when they came in. The beach was very close too. The only thing I would want for is a better view. We could see the ocean from our deck but not well.

Spring Break Success with Family

Check in process was efficient and informative. Parking was close and easy to access. Resort was even more beautiful inside and out than pictures online. Activities were fun including Bingo and Trivia poolside. Pool, hot tub, tennis and basketball courts were very well-maintained and used often by kids. Outdoor bean bag toss and shuffle board were used every day and a hit with kids. Beach access was close and beautiful. Exercise room was clean and variety of machines. Game room was just enough for kids especially pool table. Security team was always around throughout facility making you feel safe and available if needed. Front desk and activities desk was helpful as we ventured out. Overall our family had a great time at the resort. I will recommend to other as it was perfect location to the pier, shops, miniature golf, restaurants and all within walking distance on main road or by beach. Our family trip was a success!

Awesome place to spend your vacation

Gorgeous property. Condo was clean & well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable weeks stay. Front desk, housekeeping and all staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a small maintenance issue that was quickly repaired. We were very impressed with this property and the owners. We hope to come back again soon.

Location was great close to most places we wanted to go. Room was well equipped in the kitchen. The room had a musty smell that was coming from the master bathroom, the shower had been leaking for awhile with multiple attempts to fix it. The walls next to the shower where falling apart and just painted over. The bed in the master bedroom was horrible very uncomfortable to the point it was painful.
