Welcome to The Keystone Cabin! Experience our spacious 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath log cabin in the mountains. We are in a prime spot - just 7 minutes from the base of the Sunday River Ski Resort and close to the Sunday River Golf Club. Our prime location means you can enjoy more time on the slopes and less time in traffic! Nestled in the sought-after Powder Ridge neighborhood, The Keystone Cabin is also minutes away from scenic hiking trails, refreshing swimming holes, and countless adventures!

Whether you're skiing, golfing, or exploring the great outdoors, this cabin is the perfect home base for your stay. Our open-concept living space is ideal for gathering with family and friends.

*Relaxation and Fun:* A brand-new hot tub, a firepit for evenings outside, and a gas fireplace to warm up after a day on the slopes.

*Entertainment for All Ages:* A game room equipped with a pool table, ping pong, Pac Man, and Golden Tee arcade games, or unwind in front of the smart TV with our excellent Wi-Fi. A loft stocked with board games, card games, dice games, and puzzles.

*Fully Equipped Kitchen & Dining:* Plenty of counter space, a full set of cookware, and a large dining table so everyone can eat together.

*Comfortable Sleeping Arrangements:* A mix of king, queen, and twin beds, plus a fun 6-bed bunk room.

*Unique Experience:* Our own gondola with amazing mountain views.

*Kid-Friendly Setup:* Two cribs, a high chair, and a pack ’n play are available for little ones.

The cabin was amazing and definitely fit us all, the kitchen/living area was perfect for hanging out and the pool table was a hit! Very close to Sunday river golf course and river tubing.

Really enjoyed our stay. Nice, clean, and spacious. There was plenty to do with my group. Even managed to organize a tournament with different activities, most of which the cabin already had the supplies for. Would quickly rent again.

Great ski house for large groups

House was very nice and only a few minutes from Sunday River. The hosts are awesome, super responsive and keep the kitchen fully stocked. The house was clean and had plenty of space for large groups. The game room and hot tub were big hits!

Fabulous Property with wonderful hosts

This cabin is wonderful!! It’s beautiful and well appointed with amenities for everyone. It was perfect for our party of skiers and non-skiers. She ability to put our cars in the garage was an amazing perk. Hosts were very friendly and super responsive as well. We would highly recommend it to others.

Family ski weekend

We stayed at keystone cabin for a birthday ski weekend with 7 adults and 5 children and it was perfect. As the hosts stated you definitely need a awd/4wd vehicle as the road and driveway are all uphill. Absolutely beautiful mountain top setting.

Excellent President's Week Stay at Sunday River

Two families spent 3 nights at the house over Winter Break. We enjoyed skiing at Sunday River (10 minutes + away), relaxing at the house in the hot tub and playing games in the basement. The owners were fantastic to interact with and super responsive. We will definitely be looking to go back next year!

Pat’s Bachelor Party Weekend

This cabin is amazing! It’s very spacious and has many different spots to hang out in. We had 14 adult men and it housed us perfectly. Great views and scenery. The owners were very responsive and helpful during the stay. Don’t have any complaints on the stay or the cabin. Highly recommend.

Wonderful Christmas experience

We booked the Keystone Cabin so our whole family could be together for Christmas- it was so lovely. Great spaces for hanging out, room to spread out, well supplied and very functional kitchen and the hot tub was relaxing. Communication was excellent and they were able to accommodate our early check in due to a storm coming. Would highly recommend

Amazing House

The house looks just like the pictures. I was really impressed by the cleanliness. It is very close to Sunday river, approximately 10 minutes away. We had a snow storm while there and the owners got the driveways and walkways plowed very quickly and we’re very accommodating. I would highly recommend staying there.

Amazing retreat!

Our group included three families, each with teenage children. We thoroughly enjoyed the location, the layout of the home, and the amenities. The game room was a big hit with the teens, and the adults enjoyed the open concept living area. The host was very responsive, and the check-in and check-out process was very smooth! Thank you for creating a wonderful retreat space for this crazy busy world we live in!

Perfect for friends and family

The property is just as described. We had three families including 5 teenagers. The game room was perfect for them. The hot tub was perfect for the adults after a full day of skiing. The large kitchen and dining room accommodated everyone. Owners were quick to communicate and left detailed easy to follow instructions.

Just what we were looking for.

This cabin was exactly what we were hoping for when we booked it. Upon arriving, the cabin was very clean. The kitchen was very well stocked with all the pots and pans and kitchen gadgets that we needed. The game room was a hit for the entire crew. The beds were comfortable. The hot tub was great. Having a neighborhood dumpster was very convenient. We had a 1 year old in our party, and there were two full sized cribs, a pack and play and a high chair. The host was very responsive. Thank you for a great stay.
