We have stayed at a variety of Phoenix condos over the last 20 plus years and never have a bad time! The area is always lovely, with tons to eat and do for entertainment. While the condo facility was nice and the staff were very nice, the individual unit definitely needs some attention. Before I list these I want to clarify I did NOT bring it up to the rental company because nothing was that big of deal that we couldn't manage. However, I can't say I'd stay in this unit again. 1. The unit was not really clean enough. I understand everyone is human but we found hair in the bathrooms and I had to dust the door to the AC unit as it was filthy. 2. Kitchen faucet sprayer is broken and the faucet itself is loose. Definitely needs a repair.3.Guest bathroom in hall faucet is also very loose. 4.Guest bathroom missing toilet paper holder.5. Master bedroom ceiling light has no cover, leaving exposed bulbs that we could not seem to get working. 6. Multiple table lamps were missing lightbulbs.7. At least half of the plugs didn't work properly. ALL were upside down (silly, but it drives me nuts). And the 'key' ones you might use, by the sofa and the bedside table, only one of the plug outlets worked. 8. Bedroom door doesn't align right to allow you to lock it. So while these are all minor issues, they are annoyances that one would expect to not find in a condo such as this.
