We immediately engaged professional wildlife specialists to perform a comprehensive sweep and ensure the property was entirely clear. The identified entry point has since been reinforced and sealed, and we can confirm the home is fully secure for all future guests. Sauna & Amenities: The sauna is fully operational; it was discovered that a simple tripped circuit breaker was the cause of the interruption. Kitchen Maintenance: We have fully secured the kitchen faucet and confirmed all fixtures are in top condition. Regarding the ice maker, we were disappointed that the unit replaced earlier this year did not meet our longevity expectations, despite its success in other properties. To ensure no disruption to future guests' stay, we have provided an additional countertop ice maker while we await the arrival and installation of a brand-new replacement unit. Proactive Care: The drafty windows were inspected and found to be fully functional when properly locked. Additionally, the cabinet mentioned has been repaired.
