Enjoy a peaceful get-a-way in this spacious manufactured home with a private yard (backing to a large farm field). You can enjoy time inside the home or outside on the large deck with views of the farms with visits from deer, turkey and cranes!
This home has a unique floor plan with two living areas (great room and family room) and a very private lay-out for the bedrooms. The eat-in kitchen is furnished so that guests can cook meals and stay in if they choose. Otherwise, there are local eating places close by.
This home is ideal for a quiet get-a-way, work assignment in the area or staying in your own home for any of the many festivals, EAA and other things to do near us.
The bedrooms are located throughout the home for additional privacy for all. The family room has a pull-out sofa.

I have owned this subdivision of manufactured homes since 1999. Throughout these years many guests have come to visit my family here. In 2016, I remodeled two homes for family and guests. That grew into sharing the “Retreat Homes” with guests coming to the area.
I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, crafting, gardening, cooking, baking, home remodeling and decor, reading and so much more! I am proud to share all of these “Loves” in my Retreat homes.

This home is located in a quiet country subdivision. Willow Pines is surrounded by farm fields and offers a peaceful and quiet environment. The “best of both worlds” is that Hwy 45 is just down from Hwy II. We are 15 minutes from ~ Oshkosh, Appleton, Neenah, Fremont, and Winneconne. During summer and Fall there are farmer’s markets in Appleton and Oshkosh.
The layout of this home is perfect for individuals, families and groups because of all its “comfort zones”. Guests enjoy gathering in the family room to watch tv, play games, visit and relax. The outside deck has a picture perfect view to the farm field where deer, turkey, cranes and birds will visit.

Guests enjoy the peaceful, quiet experience of simple living. All essentials are provided and they stay in a quiet home. Although there is Internet and a smart tv, most guests share that they didn’t even use these because it was a great experience appreciating the quality time.
This home is also used for crafting retreats (small groups spending time together in the same home scrapbooking, quilting, etc.). I have large tables that are set up in the living room for a craft area. I often host scrapbooking and card making workshops to interested groups! There is an Awesome Scrapbook Store in Neenah and a quilting store down the road from us.
