The master features a 120 square foot master bathroom with dual sinks and a large walk in shower with an 12 inch rain rain shower head. Additionally, the master bedroom has a king size bed and a 50” inch 4K tv. Top all this with a private exit to the masters covered deck are with a 44 inch big screen tv, a propane fire feature and a two person hot tub that all complimenting the amazing views. Every inch of this wraparound deck provides ever-changing view and the privacy from this property is amazing. In addition to the views from the deck, inside the home you will find a top of the line theater room, central heat and air, stainless appliances, and furnishings for a perfect all weather vacation home. The living room and kitchen are an open concept with a wood burning fireplace and large windows that allow viewing the beautiful scenery to the inside of the home. Down stairs is a theater room with a top of the line home entertainment area complete with QLED TV, four reclining motion enhanced theater chairs and a surround sound system to bring life to your movie experience. The location is perfect for long walks with family down old logging/hiking trails right out the front door. At night the stars are bright, and in the distance you will see lights from the town of Waynesville below. Wild turkeys and plenty of bird activity are frequent visitors as you lounge in the cool air and silence of this secluded but easy access property. The small, quaint town of Waynesville is only a 15 minute drive and the city of Asheville is just 30 minutes away. Both towns offer an eclectic mix of microbreweries, restaurants, and are active arts communities with plenty to do for all.
