500 Feet to the beach, charming costal decor!

Little Palm: Welcome to the charming, southern quadplex with a modern beach vibe! Just a short distance from the beach access you’ll have fun in the sun all day long. When the fun winds down you’ll feel cozy, and at home in the newly renovated unit. Little Palm is a 2-bedroom, 2- bathroom that sleeps 5 comfortably. The master had a queen bed, and the spare room had a twin-over-full bunk. Vacation often makes us hungry and if you’re the chef in the family you will enjoy cooking with the new stainless-steel appliances. This unit has a private courtyard with pick-nick table as well as chairs for that afternoon nap in the sun. Little Palm is approximately 2.5 miles from Pier Park where you can check out local eateries and shopping.

Must be 25 and over to book. The person booking must be present if the other guests are under the required age.

If you are looking for a unit that can have multiple families staying right next to each other this unit is perfect. Below are the Vrbo numbers for the other units: DWB: 3184835, DWC: 2838297

INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
Emerald Beach Rentals provides a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar and body wash. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen.

Disappointed

Our stay here was fine until I decided to make the mgmtnt aware that there was mold on the ceiling in the main bathroom and cracks on the shower floor. The woman asked if she could send someone over. I told her that I would let her know when we returned to the condo because we didn’t want anyone there without us there. Well, when we returned, hoping to get some reprieve from the heat there were maintenance people there. The chemical smells of epoxy glue and paint were so strong that it took my breath away. We opened all the windows and couldn’t go inside for some time. They painted over the mold and painted our shower FLOOR as well so we couldn’t use our shower. I developed a headache from the fumes but I’m mostly thankful that my child’s asthma wasn’t triggered. Why in the world would anyone think it would be a good idea to take this action while the condo is in use is beyond me. This could have easily been done after we checked out. There was no urgency as I’m sure the mold has been there for some time. I called Emerald Beach Rentals to ask why our request was disregarded and the problem with the strong fumes. I was told that my concern would be addressed and I would hear back from someone. Well, I haven’t. Internet was down more than up. Mgmt suggested we use the router in the unit above us. TVs had to be reprogrammed to work. I hate that this situation left a sour taste but I will not be dealing with Emerald Beach Rentals in the future.

Family Vacation 2024

My husband, parents, and I enjoyed a relaxing vacation. We walked to the beach just a few steps away. The house was clean and comfy. We enjoyed being close to Jacks Family Buffet. Can’t wait to visit again!!!

Great stay

Very nice place. Had room we needed for the 5 of us. Double red flag 3 of days were there. Owners told us about park with pool and house had games we played on. The WiFi is not the fastest but it works. The tv would lose signal sometimes. Had a wagon for beach stuff was helpful. We cooked 3 dinner meals while we stayed. Had more than enough dishes and pots. We used the provide crockpot also. Any questions I texted to them they answered right back. We would stay again.

Excellent stay and lovely property

This was the most relaxing vacation rental. One of the ceiling fans didnt work. The property manager had it relaced immediately. Service at this beautiful rental is top notch! Cant wait till our next visit!

Nice house, but not ready for us.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There were crumbs on the table, the dishes were dirty, the beds had hair and crumbs in them. We spent the first night we were there cleaning their unit for them, washing sheets and dishes, remaking beds, and wiping surfaces. Then, when I reached out on 2 separate occasions to ask for a cleaning fee refund, since we did that ourselves, I got zero response. It’s been over a week since I reached out. I will not be staying here again with the lack of professionalism I’ve experienced.

Beautiful place

We loved the place, it was very clean and really close to the beach. The checking in and checking out process was very easy. Also, the place is very close to many restaurants and stores, we didn’t have to drive very far. You can even walk to the stores and restaurants if you want to. The only thing I would recommend changing it would be the beds, they were not very comfortable. Other then that everything was great 👍

I thought the location was right on the beach but i was wrong, it wasnt far though, i enjoyed the stay upstairs unit was always pounding on the floor but over all i really enjoyed our stay great pots and pans

Short stay

The property is well maintained, I really wanted to give it a 5 star but just could not do it considering the neighborhood. Bit unfair as its beyond the owners control but I do belive its accurate to rate it 4 stars. For this part of the coast its a bit better then average, but move it 45 minutes to the west and its well below average. I guess if someone really wants panama city then its well worth the stay here.

Cute little getaway

We enjoyed staying here, there was plenty of room for my family of 6. The bed in the master was a little wonky and the fridge didnt get super cold, but we had no complaints. We had a great family vacation.
