Centrally located on the island with easy access to bike trails and short golf cart rides to anywhere on the island, it is in the ideal location. The sunset and marsh views from this Tennis Villa are unforgettable and what puts this location on the map! Slow down and take a break in this comfortable and well equipped Villas between hitting the beach, playing tennis, pickleball, golf, fishing, bike riding, crabbing and swimming. 
Enjoy the large back deck to watch the local birds and deer, fishermen in the marsh or jumping fish. Or, enjoy your dinner and a beautiful Low Country marsh sunset.
SEA ZEN sleeps 6 comfortably. The downstairs primary has a Queen size bed with a full bath in the hall just off of it. The upstairs loft bedroom has a queen bed, and 2 twin size beds and attached full bath.
The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking. There is also a washer and dryer in the property for your use. There are plenty of towels and beach towels for your use as well.
SEA ZEN is centrally located on the island and provides a great place for families to take advantage of the many fun Fripp activities. Walk across the street to the Olympic Pool and to access the beach. Other facilities across Tarpon Road are the Adult Pool, The Sandbar, Food Court, Exercise Room and Arcade to enjoy with your Club amenity cards.
Club cards are required to enjoy any of the Fripp Island Resort amenities and they are available for purchase with this property. If you opt to purchase cards, a new 12.8% resort fee based on the rental amount before taxes, cleaning and other fees will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual Club cards.
PETS MUST BE PRE-APPROVED  (DOGS ONLY).  You will be asked to sign a pet agreement and pay a non refundable $150 pet fee for the first pet and $75 for a 2nd pet. An additional $300 will be charged for guests that show up with a dog without approval.

If this property offers club cards for access to Fripp Island Resort amenities, a new 12.8% of the total rent resort fee will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual club cards. After booking this property, VRBO will charge their service fee separately and then the reservation will be transferred to FrippIslandStay where the property owner or manager will charge your credit card for the other items seen in the quote provided by VRBO. The refundable security deposit if applicable will be included in the final payment. You will also have the opportunity to purchase travel insurance and damage protection insurance on FrippIslandStay.

You will receive an email with log in information from FrippIslandStay right after booking. Please check your spam or promotions folders. Once logged in to FrippIslandStay, you will be able to order club cards if available and gate passes for access to the island.
