The place was amazing. Looked new and clean.The kitchen could use a few basic things like kitchen towels, salt and pepper.Also, we are used to having games for kids at these types of places.The pool was great!

Spring Break with Family

This house was perfect for our family spring break trip. It was spacious enough for everyone to have their own getaway and the communal space was perfect for gathering together, especially by the private pool. The house looks just like it is pictured and the Solara Resort water park was a great option for the kids when we didn’t feel like leaving the area. I would absolutely recommend this home and would also return for another visit. Great for multiple families who want to stay together.

The actual property was beautiful but the master bathroom was full of these lil bugs and the property needs some baking pans and yall need a bigger trash can for trash outside

OYA Retreat

For the most part everything about the property was as stated. However, we were not able to use the jacuzzi due to the restrictions not mentioned in our reservation. It appeared that we had access and prepaid use for all of the amenities. The hot tub and the grill were both locked. The hot tub required 48 hours and additional money before being able to use it. This was the only disappointing part of the stay. I highly recommend this property. I appreciated the cleanliness. I appreciate it the location and the Comfort it gave us knowingly that we felt safe and secure. It felt like we really made a wise decision in choosing this property.

May Family Trip

The property was in a great location, not too far from all the tourist areas and very close to the 192. The villa was very spacious and modern with a lovely view at the front of the property. Management company was easy to deal with and responded to messages quickly. Overall it was a lovely place to stay but just a couple of points that need to be addressed. The rear of the property needs a bit of a clean as there are a lot of cobwebs. No spare bed linen is provided at all and no mop to clean the floors. Having to pay to hire the BBQ left a sour taste having already paid over £3,500 to hire the villa for 2 weeks.

Disappointed

The property itself was nice but not as clean as advertised. The management company was notified about cleanliness and other various issues. They responded for me to send them picture. Which I did. Then heard nothing the rest of our trip. I contacted the host after hearing nothing from the management company to give him the heads up that this is who he hired and paying for to avoid a negative review in the future and and heard nothing from him. It didn’t wreck our trip but this review was avoidable.

Keep the wallet open

Came into the house and it was nice, except for floor could have been cleaner. Went to sit outside and my husband about fell through a chair because it was broken. Went to grill and had to pay 50 to get the code to use the grill…mind you no grilling utensils were provided either for 50 and the property site shared grill included. Then property shared heated pool and they wanted another 320 for that…these need to say for a fee…felt it was a bait and switch and keep the pocket book open. No kitchen towels, one roll of paper towels, and one roll of toilet paper per bathroom. Definitely bare necessities.

Our girls trip

The house was great it was really pretty lots of space inside the master bed room down stairs was huge and the bed was really big and comfortable. However the floors were not mopped upon arrival and there was pee stains on the floor by the toilet and on the side of the toilet. Some beds were really uncomfortable like as if they were broken. The sink in the kitchen still had pieces of food in it. The pool area was nice the furniture was comfortable they really need to clean the spider webs off of the furniture. spiders are just everywhere all over our towels i understand its outside but out of all the houses ive stayed at in and around champions gate and four corners this was the only house i couldnt enjoy the pool area. I payed for the pool to be heated and and it was only heated for 2 of the days i stayed i stayed a week and one day and i asked for the pool to be heated on the 2nd day of being there. I reached out to let them know the pool wasn't heating they said they would check in to it and get back to me but they never did let me know anything and i didnt receive any money back for the days i didnt have heat in the pool. And the pool area has no kind of privacy you're right on top of the neighbors so if you're looking for privacy this aint the place for you. The club house was fun and it was nice we really enjoyed the clubhouse. I really dont mean to be negative im just putting out my honest review. For this property
