This 1,677 square feet spacious single story home includes 3 beds, 3 full baths, a huge backyard with fun putting greens, a gazebo, hammock, and lots of fun for the whole family!

Located just 14 minutes from the world famous Siesta Beach, 12 minutes from downtown Sarasota, and 17 minutes from St Armand Circle.

Note: We have beds for 8 guests and air mattresses for 6 more guests as needed.

The home was spacious, clean, and super comfortable. The host was easy to communicate with and very responsive. We really enjoyed our time here and would absolutely recommend it to others.

Could have been better

Plenty of space, the place just needs some minor repairs and the landscaping needs some work. Kitchen sink continuously dripped, a shower door needs repaired, one of the refrigerator shelves was cracked, and an outlet needs replaced.

No complaints

We had five adults stay three nights. The place was clean, cool and comfortable. The hosts were responsive. Quiet neighborhood. Not the most beautiful on the interior and exterior, but nothing wrong.

Great hosts, nice property - fun yard!

The property was clean with everything we could have needed. Nice backyard for hanging out, safe and convenient location. Hosts were fantastic!

Perfect place for a family vacation

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very spacious and clean with lots of thoughtful extras. 20 min to Siesta Key beaches and restaurants. I would definitely come back and stay in the future. Owner replied to all of our messages quickly.

There is no limit to Eastern hospitality!

The house is huge. I recommend it to families who come on holiday. The house has everything, it is quiet in the area, all the shops, not far from the beach, you can also get there by a straight road without traffic jams. You can praise it endlessly, but I recommend you check it out for yourself - a solid five, five stars!

Very nice house!

We really enjoyed the house while we were in SRQ for a weekend stay to attend a wedding. Very clean and nicely furnished. The owners even provided snacks and very welcome bottle of wine for us. Nice touch! We would definately stay there again.

Ok spot for a few night stay

House was generally clean and screened in porch is great. A few minor plumping issues while we stayed but host was very quick to address them. House layout as it relates to neighboring homes is a bit strange but neighborhood was quiet.

Perfect Little Getaway

We had a wonderful time during our stay. House was loaded with all things needed. Plates, utensils, good clean towels (even though we also brought our own) and clean sheets. The pictures don’t do justice to how cute and cozy this place is and wish we stayed longer. They did a great job at making everything in the house enjoyable, especially the fun backyard!

It was decent

Overall the property was nice! We enjoyed our stay. The backyard was fun and the rooms were nice and worked for our family of 7 with two kids on air mattresses. Unfortunately the beds were not comfortable (too springy). It would be worth investing in nicer firmer beds so the guests are comfortable. Our kids were bummed that there wasn’t a ball for the foosball table though. The location was more like 25 minutes from Siesta Beach. Overall, we enjoyed our time though!!

This Vrbo stay was 100% 5/5 Stars! The house exceeded my expectations. The rooms were a perfect size, having 3 bathrooms with a group of 3 couples was amazing (the master bathroom is huge!) The house is really well spaced out, the backyard with the enclosed patio, as well as a hammock and lanai added the perfect touch and this property is even equipped with a grill (which we used a lot!) Communication with Thang & Minh was great! 10/10 would recommended!

Not only was this place filthy but there were electrical issues within the home. I have pictures of my daughter black feet after only being there a couple hours. As well as pictures of outlets outside The host lied and said we couldn’t check in early because they were cleaning which did not appear to be true. The backyard hasn’t been touched in months or longer. Two of us got shocked trying to plug in outlets. The host was nice but was not happy with how he portrayed the house was being clean. Towels had stains as well as the spare sheets and some of the pillows.

The worst experience & I regret booking this property

This was an extremely disappointing experience – from the moment we arrived, to the moment we left. I DO NOT recommend this place and I left in disgust and misled. To pay for a cleaning fee seems questionable. When we arrived, there were many things that were not cleaned. The shower in one of the bedrooms was dirty, broken and rusting at the bottom. It most certainly is a hazard that should have been fixed prior. Outside in the backyard had broken glass and ceramic pieces in places which should be removed by cleaners or the property manager. The fence was broken with nails exposed in the backyard. You can visibly feel that the floors had sand on them and to my dismay, our children's feet were dirty every single time they stepped out the shower to walk on the floor. The worst experience of all was on the last day. My 2 year old and my husband pulled open one of the end table drawers to find A DIRTY, USED FEMININE PRODUCT! This confirmed 100% that I knew the home was not cleaned and this host scammed me good. However, the customer service was so poor that I'm embarrassed for this host. After multiple phone calls, texts, and messaging them through the platform, things could have been redeemed if the host actually replied on time. Nothing was corrected. We felt uncomfortable. Overall, I’m disappointed in the cleanliness, communication and the charges that I received when the place was not cleaned prior to my family arriving. Unacceptable behavior and Vrbo needs to do better!
