Great Stay

This 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment was great. There was a king bed in each room, a pull out couch, and a twin hide away bed. The pool and hot tub were nice. It was close to everything we needed. The host was super helpful and easy to work with.

Camarillo Stay

Very nice property in a nice area, close to everything. Property is as described and worked out well for us. We walked to the Y and Farmer's market as well as a nice hiking/biking trail

Perfect spot for a family with kids.

We were in town for our nephews wedding and this place was better than expected. The condo was plenty big for our group of 3 adults and 4 kids and it is located right next to the only playground in the complex which was perfect for our kids. The multiple pool areas and game room were also a big hit with the kids. One of the reasons we booked this place was because it is so close to the beach, but our kids were having so much fun at the pool we didn’t even go to the beach. Rajvir was a great host and very quick in responding to questions. If we ever go back to the same area we will stay here again.

Wonderful, spacious unit in a great location

We stayed over a week in this unit and can't say enough good things. It's very spacious and well appointed. We had a larger vehicle but always easily found parking. The complex is very secure and the amenities are excellent. Host communicated well and responded very quickly to any communications. Thank you for a great stay!

Camarillo Gem

Great place. Very clean and secure. We were four adults, 1 car, and just passing through for a night. There's plenty of room and it was just perfect for what we needed. FYI, it's close to the YMCA which looks really nice and there's a huge playing field nearby where you can have a nice jog. I would recommend if you're going to Camarillo : )

Lots of nice little touches such as a well equipped kitchen but could use some TLC. Lighting is one of my pet peeves…light in ceiling fan of the bedroom doesn’t work. Over half the lamps didn’t have a light bulb in them. Carpet is stained and nasty looking in bedroom. Unit is located next to the playground which is great if you have littles but if you’re not an early riser, it’s not the perfect way to be awakened. Neighbors upstairs sounded like they were rearranging furniture most of the time but wasn’t bad at night. AC must be programmed in some way since I’d set it for 70 at bedtime and it would automatically stay at 74. I know it could go lower since it was set at 64 when we arrived which was freezing. These are all little things that could easily be remedied. It’s a nice unit overall and location was good for our plans.

Christmas stay

Overall, nice property and complex was nice. We had a couple challenges. Garage is small. If you drive a mid or small size vehicle ok, but anything larger, have to park outside. There is plenty of other parking. The clearers didn’t restock paper towels or kitchen towels, so that was a bit inconvenient. Also, no house rules to be found. Lastly, we didn’t try to use the pool or hot tub, but it looked like you needed a key which we did not have. There was a key faub, but didn’t work on front gate, so not sure what that went to, perhaps it was listed in the house rules we couldn’t find. Overall, good property, and would stay again.

I only gave four stars on the cleanliness because there was hair on the bathroom floor and in the bathroom drawers and there was no soap in the bathroom hand soap dispensers.

We were so happy to find this place—it truly made our holiday unforgettable! The kitchen amenities were fantastic, and we especially loved using the mixer for our morning smoothies. Communication was fantastic; Rajvir rresponded quickly and was always helpful. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. We are so thankful. We will definitely be booking here again!
