The 3-room apartment, measuring approximately 90 square meters, can accommodate up to 4 people. The vacation rental is spread over two floors. On the first floor, there is a living room with a pull-out sleeper sofa, as well as a separate kitchen and a bathroom with a shower.



On the upper floor, there is a bedroom for 2 people with a box-spring bed (180 x 200 m) and a guest room with a double bed for 2 additional people.



The apartment was extensively modernized and refurnished in 2020.

Our vacation home, featuring four vacation apartments, is located in the heart of the Baltic Sea resort town of Warnemünde, just a four-minute walk from the promenade along the Alter Strom and in the immediate vicinity of Kirchplatz.



Each of the vacation apartments in Warnemünde features a large, open-concept living and dining area, as well as a bedroom and a bathroom.



All vacation apartments are equipped with a TV, radio, refrigerator and freezer, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, and a stovetop—some with an oven.



The vacation home is located near the Mühlenstraße promenade. In the immediate vicinity of the Alter Strom and the white sandy beach, you can enjoy peace and relaxation here. Nearby, you’ll find a bakery, butcher shops, cafés, and stores for shopping.



A parking space on the property can be rented from the landlord upon request for a fee.



Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out is from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
