The house was clean and modern, really nice location by the water, so many amenities and the hosts hospitality was beyond my expectations, no matter the time or day if u needed something the response was prompt. Host was very kind and communicated well. The property is so nice, with everything in great condition, well stocked kitchen, and a large living area to hang out. The deck and large table are also great, as is the hot tub. Beds were super comfortable. We used the laundry facilities with no issues. Would definitely stay again.

Dogs at the Beach Getaway

Fantastic stay

We did the Bay Bridge Run and this house was a great base for the group for the weekend. We had a great time at the house with friends and family. The house was just as described with a nice yard and hot tub. It was very clean and very well furnished - and Justin was an excellent and very responsive host.

Great place wonderful hot tub

This is a very nice place to stay close to Annapolis. It has a great back yard with a fire pit as well as a nice wood burning stove for the chilly nights. The hot tub was nice as well. The beds are very comfortable. The only thing I would change is using natural fiber sheets such as bamboo or cotton on the beds, but that is a personal preference.

4th of July visit to Annapolis

This place was perfect for our visit the Naval Academy and Annapolis. We were able to watch the fireworks at the neighborhood beach and the hot tub was a hit with the kids, in spite of the scorching weather. Everything was very clean and exactly as pictured. Recommended!

Just close enough to and far enough from the Naval Academy. Justin, the owner, was so helpful, quick to respond, and accommodating - definitely worth a repeat stay. The house is cute and clean. I loved having a washer/dryer. The neighborhood is quiet and safe.

Great place for a visit

Impeccably clean and just as described we enjoyed a long spring weekend in Annapolis. The house was perfect as a jumping off point for our plans. Very clean, remodeled inside & out and literally had everything we needed. Shopping and dining options near by and the neighbor was quiet & safe and about 15 minutes from downtown Annapolis and the Naval Academy. Justin was very communicative leading up to and during our stay even telling me where he had gotten a particular piece of decor I admired. We were able to enjoy the space inside & out as did our dog. The fenced yard was a big plus for him to have somewhere to run & play. If we go back we would rebook in a heart beat.

Sisters weekend

From the time we booked through checkout, our host was accommodating for our sisters weekend. We each had our own bedrooms and the accommodations were accurately listed. This home was very comfortable and offered a great home base and night’s rest after our days out exploring. The host checked in with us via the app to see how we were doing and stopped by to fix a fence in the back yard that came apart during a high winder storm. The host scored high marks from all of the sisters. We couldn’t have asked for a better home to spend 5 days catching up with each other!

Well-appointed Family Retreat

We stayed here for an extended time while our kitchen was renovated, and it was everything we needed and more. You can tell that every detail for a guest's comfort was considered. Our kids loved the children's dishes, cups, and utensils, and we loved the pantry essentials and well-appointed kitchen. The neighborhood is in an idyllic location on the water and is walkable to the Cape St Clair shopping center. Do try the Blue Rooster Cafe for breakfast and Graul's Market! The host was extremely responsive and you can tell they care about their guests' experiences. As it was January, we didn't get to use the outdoor areas much but would be a fantastic space for a family and friends gathering, complete with an outdoor dining area, fire pit, and a hot tub. Do not hesitate to book!

Great place for a quiet getaway!!

My wife and I needed a change of pace where we could work remote, explore Annapolis and the surrounding area and bring our 2 dogs. Justin's Cape St. Claire place was perfect. Quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors - many with dogs, close to great restaurants and a really nice local market all within walking distance. The house was spacious, super clean, loaded with amenities, plenty of room for us both to work with great internet, great flatscreen TV downstairs for movies, huge fenced in back yard, deck, and hot tub. A cute fire pit area too with Adirondack chairs and solar lights that came on at night. Neighborhood is super quiet and from the living room you can see water across the street. We reached out to Justin with a question and he responded immediately which we really appreciated. Highly recommend!!

Awesome attention to the details

My mom, sister, teenage daughter and I booked this home for a weekend away. We all kept commenting on how lovely every detail in the home was, and everything was so comfortable for our stay. The bedrooms & bathrooms were spacious and comfortable. We really enjoyed the living spaces - outdoor yard, porch, and living rooms too. The kitchen was well appointed for our needs of making a couple casual meals. And the location was so convenient - close to downtown and walking distance to a nice shopping center with dining and grocery store. The guide book had directions to use the nearby beach pass, but we didn't get there due to a rainy day. We would recommend this home to a family or group of friends, and we would love to stay here again! (One of the ratings was communication with the property owners - we didn't need to contact them personally because they answered all of our questions so well in the guide book they provided for the home.) Again - very attentive to big and small details that we enjoyed as guests in this home.

A wonderful pet-friendly home!

Our family of 7 travelled to Annapolis for our grandson’s graduation from the US Naval Academy. We chose not to stay downtown and Justin’s home was the perfect distance away from both the Yard and the Stadium. It was in a quiet and friendly neighbourhood with a good choice of local shops nearby and the children enjoyed the residents’ beach. The property was spacious and the back yard was enormous that even our goldendoodle loved exploring the grounds. Most of our late afternoons and evenings were spent in the yard cooking meats on the grill or s’mores over the fire pit. The hot tub was a hit with our 2 young granddaughters. The house was clean and had all the basic requirements for our stay. Despite the hectic events during USNA commissioning week, we all felt we could relax and just enjoy family time whenever we got back to the house. Justin was an excellent host who was very helpful and always responded promptly to our questions. We wish all hosts were like him. Thank you!

We think you will absolutely love the location of our house as it sits on a very quiet street in a family friendly neighborhood with so much to offer! For starters, our neighborhood beach is only 2 blocks away with plenty of space to set up beach chairs or take your kids to the playground their! After visiting the beach you can cool off with an Italian Ice at Rita's Italian Ice just a 5 minute walk from our house. We are also only 5 miles away from Downtown Annapolis and the United States Naval Academy! When Downtown Annapolis you will find many delicious restaurants with award winning crab cakes, plenty of ice cream shops, local shopping, a variety of tours, and the beautiful historic buildings and streets of Annapolis. We are also just 35 minutes from Baltimore Washington International Airport, and 45 minutes from Washington DC. Whether you choose to enjoy our beautiful home for all it has to offer, head to the beach and Downtown Annapolis, or venture out for sight seeing, we have something for everyone. We are also child and pet friendly as we wouldn't want any members of your family to be left out!

Our house has a large, flat, fully fenced beautiful back yard for those sunny summer days and for those traveling with pets. Equipped with an 8-person Bullfrog Hot Tub, fire pit with hanging egg chairs, hammock, and elevated deck with string lights you’ll be sure to melt your stresses away! We also have a well equipped TV room in the basement with a 75” Samsung TV, soundbar surround sound, and two couches for a comfortable movie night in when the weather cools down. Upstairs boasts a large kitchen which is fully equipped a long with 2 of the 4 large bedrooms to accommodate 8 Adults very comfortably within the house. Our Master bedroom offers a King size foam mattress while our other 3 bedrooms offer Queen size foam mattresses to ensure a great nights rest every night.

We are also just 5 miles from Downtown Annapolis where you will find many local events happening year round! A few of the nationally known local events include the United States Naval Academy graduation, the Blue Angels air show, Art Week, 4th of July fireworks, Crab Feasts, the US Powerboat and Sailboat shows, the Renaissance Festival, and so much more! We also have a beautiful private neighborhood beach just two blocks away which includes ample sandy areas to set up our supplied beach chairs, a playground for the kids, and a picnic area as well. We are sure that you and your family will enjoy every minute of your stay and visit with us!
