Make your Atlanta trip fun and stress-free. This 2BR/1BA bungalow is ideal for weekend getaways, game-day trips, or family visits. Inside you’ll find a fully stocked kitchen with Keurig, Smart TVs, Wi-Fi, board games, and a Pack ’n Play for kids.

Outdoors, enjoy BBQ dinners under string lights or walk to Mozley Park pool for a swim. Unique to our home, the Botel Smart Storage Unit means you can drop off luggage before check-in, after checkout, or securely accept deliveries during your stay.

📍 Just 5 minutes to Mercedes-Benz Stadium, 10 minutes to Downtown Atlanta, and close to BeltLine trails, this home is perfectly located for concerts, sporting events, and family fun.

The ADT security system command center located on the wall inside the home, does not have any audio or video recording devices on it.
NOTE: There absolutely NO audio or video recording devices on the inside of our home

PLEASE NOTE: The pool mentioned is a community pool associated with Mozley Park historical neighborhood. This pool is a 3 to 5 mins walk for our home and/or a 1 mins drive away.

NOTE: There is a lovely dog park at Mozley Park for the dog lovers in all of us! If you are planning on having a pet in our home, there is a $150 pet fee that is required.

This space is a smart home. It has outdoor security camera's but at the front with a Smart Door cam and outdoor camera over the patio area. Those are pointing to outside areas and are going to be active during your stay for security purposes

Not what advertised... Major damage to the property

Checking in was a surprise, as when I walked through the front door, it felt like I was about to fall through the floor. The floor was severely damaged and uneven, making it difficult to walk on and find safe footing. The floor in the entryway, kitchen, bathroom, and 2nd bedroom felt soft and spongy and could have been collapsing as well. After reporting this and speaking with the host, a minimal refund was offered, even though I had left after the first night. The companion company they work with was difficult to deal with, and for this reason, I will not be rebooking. The reasons and excuses for not informing me about the damage before I arrived, as well as the cause of the damage, seemed suspicious. I hope others have a better experience. Very disappointed and a Very Pricy Mistake.

A Pleasant Stay

The thing that made our trip the most enjoyable was the fact that the host was very responsive to our concerns and addressed them promptly. Overall, our stay at this bungalow was pleasant and the property provided our basic needs: the unit was clean, the beds were comfortable, and allowed us to spend quality family time. However, there were a few things that prevented this from being a five-star stay: DRESSERS - we would have appreciated having dressers to store our clothes to avoid living out of suitcases WATER PRESSURE - the pressure was low and there were occasions when we had to wait before we could take a shower WIFI - the wifi was spotty which limited the number of devices that could be connected to the internet at any given time.

Unrealistic potential charges.

Day of travel email “##WARNING ## - The number of guests on the reservation are the ONLY number of guests allowed to stay in the home. Any violations to this rule you will be asked to leave at your own expense and you will be charge an additional guest fees - $150 Fee (extra guest not on reservation) Any pet or animal hair found on beds, furniture or linen (if you are traveling with a pet) you will be fined $500. Please keep your pets in a kennel if you believe you will have challenges keeping them off items in the home. PLEASE NOTE: Due to previous guests damaging our household items, we have enforced new fees when these items happen during your stay: Any broken glasses, damaged sheets or pillowcases, missing plates, missing game pieces or not being replace in box, missing utensils , quilts missing, stains on furniture or other other household related item you will be CHARGED. So please be mindful of these things/rules during your stay. $50 fee for each item damaged.” My husband was going to sleep on the couch b/c the neighbor’s motion light shined in our room with each car that passed-every 30min or more; We were afraid of it being a violation. Also, this is NOT a pet friendly space. If I am instructed to keep my dog in the Kennel. $150 pet fee should cover vacuuming hair, should be able to sleep where I wish and not be afraid to use a plate. Located on a busy street. We drove 4 hours home after our concert so we could sleep. Host was kind and prompt.

Loud and previously smoked in

The neighbore were loud, multiple vehicles at neighbors, and the hemp next door came through the walls/ceiling space. Felt very unsafe with 2 women staying by themselvs. The attic access, although closed, had a hole in it and noise/odor from attached unit was loud and stinky. We cut our trip early. No access to the thermostat and nearly froze the 1st night. There was no way to contact the owner. The app continued with data messages " No Reply".

We had a great time. It was super easy to communicate with the host and they always replied in a timely manner! Wednesday and Thursday night was amazing…. Friday got a little sketchy due to the homeless begging but nothing we couldn’t deal with. Gave him a Gatorade and some Ramen and sent him on his way! Thanks for having us!

We really enjoyed our stay!

We stayed at this location to attend Passion Conference at Mercedes Benz. It was an easy drive and had everything we needed. Communication was great and the host gave us all the info we needed. Will definitely book again!

miscommunication

Let's start with owner staying in contact until it was time for us to check in. My boyfriend luckily saw a neighbor and he knew someone that knew the owner called him and finally after hour and half was able to get in. It says sleeps 6 so would think 6 plates ect. only 4, could use a few more pots. In the kitchen area going to the hall area there were like carpenter nails sticking up and cut my foot we put a towel there. The water pressure in shower could be better and no plug for tub. But I did like the rest of the house truly and it is close to attractions.

Best rental property I’ve stayed at

This place is great. Exactly as pictured. We didn’t have a single issue with the neighborhood. Property management was on the ball with very fast responses to my questions. We ran into a tiny issue and they were prompt to correct the situation. We will definitely, definitely book again.

My friends and family really enjoyed our stay at the property. Nothing super fancy but the place was very clean and had all that we needed. The location was very close to the midtown so we didn’t have yo to drive super far to have some fun. We went to the pool one day and the kids had a great time. When I had questions the manager responded very quickly. We would stay again

Great bungalow!

We traveled to Atlanta for a concert at Cadence Bank amphitheater. We also visited the Coca-Cola museum. The bungalow was the perfect size for our family of six and a great location. We would stay there again.

Great place

Great place. Everything like the Coca-Cola factory and things like that were only like a 7min drive. Only disclaimer is this is NOT a traditional bungalow, there is a whole nother living space attached to the home ( like a house that was broken up to be 2 living spaces) they were working on it so no one actually was staying there yet. Also the only "pools" are the city of Atlanta free public pools. They were nice tho

Great location to Atlanta attractions.

Nicely redone property. Very spacious and well equiped. We were looking for something close to the aquarium, zoo and Stone Mountain. Could not have asked for a closer location to those. Being minutes away with grandkids was a real plus. Property manager super helpful.

Had a great time, the host was super responsive and checked in to make sure we were all good! The fridge did smell like fish, I’m guessing from the previous guests but not the biggest deal. Had a great time, super cute house!

Great Week

We were in town for the HAI Heli-Expo, and we like to bring our dogs with us on trips. This was the perfect house! Very comfortable and clean. Easy 10 minute drive downtown to convention center and great restaurants. Multiple parks within walking distance which was great for the dogs! Kantroy was awesome, very responsive before, during, and after our stay. Really appreciate everything, would definitely stay here again.
