This home resides in a peaceful neighborhood. Should you need anything during your stay, with just a 3 to 5-minute drive, you'll find plenty of practical amenities such as supermarkets, gas stations, restaurants, gyms, and retail stores, for a more convenient stay.

• PARKING: Free parking is available for a maximum of 2 vehicles in the garage. Street or driveway parking is not allowed.

Looking for a morning walk? You've come to the right place! This neighborhood has a high walking score and it's very safe to walk around.

The best way to get around the neighborhood is by vehicle. There is parking space inside the garage (2 cars). MAX 2 CARS AT ALL TIMES. You CANNOT park in front of the garage/driveway or next to the house (NOT EVEN TEMPORARILY). You CANNOT park on Bass St.

This property is also conveniently located close to the METRO system (bus and light-rail transportation). You can use your phone GPS to find the best METRO route. Finally, you can always use UBER or other ridesharing platforms to move around.

• Please note that this home is close to the highway. You may occasionally hear traffic from the highway.

• Please note that though the listing shows 6 beds, there are only 5 actual beds. The last “bed” is a high-quality queen size air mattress.

• Please note that though the listing shows 2 bunk beds, there is only 1 bunk bed (2 queen size beds). Please be mindful that the top bunk bed has a weight limit of 200 lbs.

• Please note that the bathtub jets in the primary bathroom are nonfunctional.

• To keep the yard in great shape, our lawn care team visits every other week. They may stop by during your stay, but don’t worry – they’ll only be working outside and won’t take more than an hour to finish. Please note that this routine service is necessary and it’s hard to reschedule.
