Our homey house provides everything you need for a comfortable stay:

• 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms;
• Queen bed and TV in the first bedroom;
• 2 Full-size beds in the second bedroom;
• King-size bed in the third bedroom;
• Full-size bed in the fourth bedroom;
• Sofa and TV in the living room;
• Fully equipped kitchen;
• Backyard with a private pool and jacuzzi;
• Onsite washer and dryer (Located outside the house, next to the backyard);
• Four parking spots included;

• You will receive the check-in instructions 24 hours prior to your arrival.

• Relax and unwind in the private pool and jacuzzi in the backyard.

• There are four parking spaces available at the house, perfect for accommodating a large group.

The pool is cleaned twice a week. On Monday and Friday

Please note that the jacuzzi is not heated because it is an extension of the pool.

This is a no smoking apartment, any smoking inside the apartment will have a $250 fine.

Keys: if any of the keys are lost, a $100 replacement fee will be charged.
IMPORTANT

• Please DO NOT smoke inside $300 fine.

• Try to avoid noise. Remember you are in a residential area.

• If you experience any inconvenience, please let us know as soon as possible.

• Check-In is at 4:00 PM – Check-Out is at 11:00 AM.

If you need to request a late check out please contact us 24 hours prior and if it’s possible we will arrange it : ) It has an additional cost of $50 up to 1:00 PM, which is the latest time for checkout.

*If we have guests arriving on the same day you are leaving, we can NOT accommodate a late checkout. There is a charge equivalent to one extra night if the check-out time is not met.*

• It is not allowed to send packages (Amazon, eBay, Best Buy, etc.) to the property’s address.

• We DO NOT PROVIDE WASHCLOTHS.

• Keep home items inside the house.

• Turn off AC when leaving the house.

• An extra cleaning fee will be applied if the property is left in really bad conditions.

Please kindly take care of the objects and equipment we provide for your use. In case of any damages you will be charged:

Bath towels: $15 each
Set of sheets/Duvets: $50 each
Bed Blankets: $60 each
Carpet Stains (spills): $50

Additional costs for items such as furniture, appliances, and kitchen items also might be applied.
