Perfect location, amazing view

This property is so wonderful and the location couldn't be better. We checked in at 3pm and were on the beach by 3:30pm. The condo is well stocked with all the stuff you need for the beach - chairs, beach towels, a big tote to carry stuff, so it was so easy to just grab it and go. The host was super responsive, communication was great, condo was spotlessly clean. Would absolutely stay here again.

Excellent. Just beautiful

As the other reviews have said, it’s gorgeous, spotless, amazing views. Watched the surfers every morning and afternoon, and the downstairs access to the beach can’t be beat. The kitchen is exceedingly well stocked, new soaps/full size shampoo/bodywash. Tons of bath towels and there are about 6 beach towels too. For families: there is a high chair and pack and play, which we didn’t need bc our kid is preschool age, but I noticed in the closet. It’s not a baby-safe condo, but if the baby is small enough to not be a danger to themselves (lol) it’s great. I’d avoid toddler-age probably. We drove a rav4 and it fit in the underground parking slot. As other reviewers have noted the beds are wildly soft, like giant pillows. If you’re a stomach sleeper I’d recommend flipping to your side for the nights you stay. Back sleepers and kids should be OK. This place is so good my kiddo wants to live there forever and have it just be our regular house. We’ll check this place first for all return visits.

Great place, easy to maneuver around and get to beach. Great place to hang out and with no need to leave, but also a good central location between downtown and La Jolla/del mar areas!

Could not have chosen a better place to stay in the area, already can’t wait to be back! The view alone was worth the stay but all the little details and thought put into the place made it that much better.

Beautiful!

We stayed for four nights and it was delightful! Right on the beach with access to a pool too. Rowena was very kind and helpful. Highly recommend! One thing to note, is that the beds are very soft, which I loved, but my husband did not.

Just book this property already!

To say we had an amazing time on our vacation would be an understatement, and a lot of that is due to this BEAUTIFUL property. It is super clean and updated and has amazing views of the beach. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of kitchen accessories that allowed us to fix meals so we were not always eating out. Rowena was an amazing host and helped us with check in when we had some issues with our flight. Communication was always prom; I never had to worry that if there was an issue with the property (which there was not) because I knew it would have been taken care of quickly. Overall, if you are planning on coming to Pacific Beach, skip the over priced hotels and book this spacious condo for a more comfortable stay!

Relaxing by the sea

Beautiful and comfortable condo! We loved sitting looking out the window watching the waves, surfers and dolphins. Looking forward to visiting again!

Beautiful beach condo

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo with a spectacular view of the ocean. It was a quick walk to lots of restaurants and even to a grocery store. Communication with the owner was great. We would book again at this condo.

Fantastic view and great location

Overall the apartment was just as described, tastefully furnished, well stocked (the best Vrbo thus far), fantastic view of the ocean and Rowena was always available. I would have rated every category 5 stars but there was a mix up and the unit wasn’t clean upon arrival. However Rowena immediately took charge and made everything right. Would definitely return.

Super clean, well maintained, breathtaking views

All the apartments at Capri by the Sea offer stunning ocean views, and this particular unit stands out as one of the best. It's impeccably clean, well-equipped, and meticulously maintained. The mattresses are very, very soft. Communication with the host was effortless and consistently dependable. Our overall experience was exceptional, and we can confidently rate it a perfect 10 out of 10.

Wonderful!

Great place to stay in Pacific Beach. The condo was beautiful and very clean. Rowena was great to work with. The place was stocked with everything we needed for the week. It was quiet and comfortable. Right on the beach and within walking distance of all the bars and restaurants. Perfect place to stay- we were extremely happy with it and would stay here again.
