**Your stay in June and July will include daily beach service with six chairs and three umbrellas, set up every morning and cleared each evening.
Should you need extra seating, additional sets (two chairs + one umbrella) are available for $125 per set.

On the first floor, you'll find a welcoming living area with panoramic Gulf views. Sink into the plush sectional sofa or gather around for family time in the dining room, which comfortably seats 8 to 10, plus four at the kitchen bar. Whip up culinary delights in the fully equipped kitchen, featuring double refrigerators, stainless steel appliances, and two dishwashers for easy cleanup. The first-floor bunk room (Bedroom #1) is perfect for the kids, housing two sets of full bunks that sleep 8, along with a convenient guest bathroom. Step out onto the first-floor balcony to relax on polywood furniture or enjoy a meal outdoors while soaking up the sun. A private staircase leads directly to the beach for endless fun in the sand and ocean.

**Second Floor** The second floor is your private retreat, featuring cozy bedrooms, each with its own unique charm. Enjoy the convenience of a laundry room equipped with a full-size washer and dryer. The bedrooms include: - **Bedroom #2:** Two queen beds and a private bathroom. - **Bedroom #3:** Two sets of full-size bunks and a private bathroom. - **Bedroom #4:** A queen bed with balcony access and a private bathroom. - **Bedroom #5:** A king bed with a private bathroom and balcony access. We love people of all ages, and we want everyone to enjoy our homes.  However, we do require that an adult 25 years or older reserve the home and be present at the home during your entire stay. We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25.  We have no exception to this policy.
