UPDATED. CLEAN. COMFORTABLE!

This beachfront one bedroom / two bathroom condo is a convenient 1/3 mile walk from the fabulous Pier Park at Panama City Beach. Enjoy coffee from your private balcony (with a GRILL, table and chairs) overlooking the Gulf of Mexico.

The fully equipped kitchen with a large countertop and bar seating is open to a spacious great room with comfortable seating and a large "smart" television. The great room area has stunning views the Gulf of Mexico and also offers a Queen-size pullout couch.

The Master Bedroom contains a king size bed and large personal bathroom with a generous shower. The master bedroom is also equipped with a Smart television, and a view of one of Panama City Beaches scenic lagoons. This unit also contains a "nook" equipped with two twin bunks bringing the sleeping capacity to 6 persons!

This beautiful unit is located within one of the more quiet and relaxed Panama City Beach resorts, Sterling Breeze. This gulf front resort is loaded with amenities including a large gulf front pool & hot tub, covered parking on-site, fitness center, snack bar serving food and cocktails, beach activities and rental services, high speed internet access and more.

Sterling Breeze is the first condo building to the west of the Panama City Beach's premier attractions, Pier Park. Featuring a wide array of restaurants, shopping, movie theater and amusements, Pier Park is the best entertainment Panama City Beach has to offer both day and night.

Panama City Beach is well known for its legendary powdery white sand, sub-tropical climate (average temperature of 74°F), incredible snorkeling and outstanding fishing.

Things to Know!
-In order to enjoy the fabulous Sterling Breeze amenities, each group must pay a resort membership fee of 50 dollars to acquire wrist bands for unlimited use of the pool, hot tub and fitness center as well as a parking pass for the covered parking.
-Property is self-catering. Only starter supplies provided.
-Renter must be at least 21 years of age.

We love this condo!

This is the second time we have stayed at this property and we absolutely love it! The hosts are always quick to answer questions and everything is very clean and comfy! We can’t wait till we can book again!

Beach Vibes!

Nicely updated condo in a great location! Beds were very comfy and was impressed with how well stocked the kitchen was. We loved having a grill right on the balcony. The beach was not super crowded compared to some of the larger neighboring buildings, which was a plus for relaxation! Owner was very responsive and took great care of us, would definitely stay here again!!!

Wonderful stay

The condo was beautiful! It was so clean!. Communication with the property owner was fantastic, He replied within minutes. We would stay here again! They provided all of the things to keep the condo clean while you are staying and all the cookware needed. The place was TOP KNOTCH!

We’ve been coming to Sterling Breeze for almost 10 years. Always a good time and our condos have always been very nice. The only thing I can complain about this year is the weather. Lol! Thanks for everything!

Great Condo

Great condo well stocked. We had issues with the washer and dryer washer was not filly spinning clothes out and the dry was not getting hot. We left with wet clothes in trash bags. Other than that it was great trip

Very nice condo!

The condo was very clean and well stocked. The view from the balcony was great! We didn’t have any issues and the host was very responsive and accommodating. I highly recommend staying here!
