INVENTARIO Y DESCRIPCIÓN
Nuestras unidades están completamente equipadas con una cocina con refrigerador, estufa, horno de microondas, cafetera, tostadora, cubiertos, vasos, platos, sartenes, ollas, lavavajillas, lavadora y secadora, tazas, sillas de cocina y barra de cocina. Encontrará en el área central una mesa de comedor y cuatro sillas; asimismo, se conecta con la sala de estar. Hay un televisor dentro del armario de la sala para que puedas pasar un buen rato desde el sofá cama queen frente a este. Además, esta área incluye una mesa central, una lámpara de esquina y una decoración acogedora.

Las dos habitaciones están equipadas con televisores de pantalla plana, teléfonos con servicio local, dos camas king con ropa de cama, almohadas, colchas, lámparas, escritorios y mesas de noche, y armarios con perchas. El apartamento tiene dos balcones con acceso a las habitaciones; el más grande también se conecta con la sala de estar. Asimismo, ambos tienen sillas ideales para el desayuno y la siesta. Finalmente, tiene dos baños completos y medio baño en el área de la sala de estar, y proporcionamos un juego de toallas grandes, medianas y pequeñas para cada uno.

Overall, Good Experience

Great location and friendly resort staff. The room was exactly as described and the ocean view is better than the pictures show. One criticism would be that the floors could use a good cleaning throughout the room. Would absolutely stay there again.

Wonderful vacation

Marena beach resort is perfectly located near grocery stores, pharmacy restaurants etc. Quiet area for families. Pool is too small unfortunately we never went. Room is a little tight for family of 4 though. But you can’t beat ocean views.

Nice place

Overall the condo was nice, clean and comfortable. The downside was that the elevator nearby was incredibly loud and ran all night long. We could even hear it with our sound machine running.

Everything was exactly as expected. The unit was perfect for what we needed and the staff made everything easy. Perfect location and such an easy process. Any questions I had prior to arrival David was very responsive and helpful which gave us a high level of confidence in our decision. Will definitely rent again from David and / or this unit

I’ve never stayed somewhere where you can walk downstairs to a beach where the staff sets up chairs & umbrellas for you. I think that’s why you pay the extra fee per night. Fully, fully worth it. Fantastic condo, everything clean & cared for. You get noise from the elevator but it’s white noise—calming, actually.

Beautiful condo with a nice balcony.. Right next to the ocean and the condo provides excellent service. Couple of small negatives to be aware of.. 1. Close to the elevators and one can hear the noise in the evening. 2. No self car park. Valet is $35/day. The service is super efficient.

It has been a blink since I was a young employee in a leather company in my country. I learned there about planning and strategic relationships. My experience with this company has translated into successful business plans and rentals for my customers.

I learned about this business through significant mentors, who gave me a hand and introduced me to real estate. Since then, I have worked directly with owners for the last eleven years, and I contributed to creating business strategies, and I kept direct control in the properties management.

I have cooperated with companies as Multi Lending Group promoting their rentals and their sales options in Florida. Mandala Tours, with headquarters in Sao Paulo, Brazil, were my partners connecting their clients with my properties. Finally, I have worked in cooperation with Elite International Realty as an international travel agent.

I am working in cooperation with my experienced partner Barbara Murad, whom we joined our efforts to consolidate a Vacation Rentals company for the last five years. Now we are a specialist in several beachfront buildings, offering a detailed inventory of locations, styles, and characteristics.
