Sunny Isles beach condo
The condo, really didn’t match the description. The place was ok, my family had a great time at the attractions around Miami and the keys. You couldn’t really spend the day in due to constant hammering and pounding. The location to the beach was nice but the condo was under construction. Listed as renovations these are major repairs. So foot traffic in and out the Beach was re routed by the trash area so you had to walk through very disgusting fluids to enter the complex when coming back from beach, the gym was not quite up to the quality the pictures show and always a mess. The staff of the building were very relaxed on rules and security. The unit we stayed in had a lot of wear and tear. Stains, dirty walls, broken fixtures. If I had the chance to redo I would have probably went with a better place even at higher prices. Cleaning fee didn’t include dishes so if you left any dirty dishes there would be a 50 fee added as well as the air conditioner never kept the unit very comfortable. It worked but the best. The complex did have a full scale mobile ac unit hooked up on the outside so I’m assuming there were issues with the whole building. We also had to go with out water for a few hours one of the days due to repairs. All in all not terrible but not worth the price. When for a just a few more hundred dollars a week you could get something closer to the water in better condition
