A stunning 1905 Victorian that has been lovingly updated, this home is situated in the Columbia neighborhood, offers 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and sleeps 9 comfortably.

Kid and dog friendly, the home has been designed to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for all guests!

Our central location is one of our biggest draws:
• 1 minute from food trucks, breweries, coffee shops, and grocery store
• 3 minutes from waterfront, parks, and pump track
• 5 minutes from downtown Bellingham
• 7 minutes from Bellis Fair Mall
• 9 minutes from Bellingham International Airport

This home is a retreat in a quiet neighborhood so you have the benefit of proximity to everything and a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. One bedroom and bathroom is on the ground floor, the other three bedrooms and a full bathroom are on the second floor.

The fully fenced yard includes three-season blooming flower gardens and seasonal fruit trees. We also have a hot tub, fire pit with chairs (seasonal), barbecue grill, and market lights for your enjoyment.

6-Star communication, 10-star furnishings, decor and amenities. We were in Bellingham for the Celebration of Life for our mom. Grandma and great grandma. My son.DIL and 3 grands stayed with us and there was excellent space for everyone. The breakfast nook provided a great space to talk and put together mementos for the celebration. Kulshan house is just a short walk from a located delightful grocery…we hope to stay here again! Highly recommended!!

We came into town for a wedding, and this house was absolutely perfect for our family. It was sparkling clean and beautifully maintained. There were thoughtful amenities waiting for us—snacks, bottled water, and even a bottle of wine. One of my favorite touches (this might sound silly!) was the body wash—it smelled amazing. The fenced backyard was great for our fury friend and we truly felt right at home. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a great time. Our daughter was getting married this past weekend and the location and space of this place was wonderful. We had a few tasks that still needed to be completed for the reception and this location met all of our needs. Very well stocked kitchen, air conditioned and comfortable. We’ll be back!

Charming place to gather

Kulshan Home was a lovely place for our family to come together to celebrate WWU graduation. The home is thoughtfully renovated and accommodating, while maintaining 1905 and 2025 charm. The outdoor space is equally quaint and enjoyable.

Rush house

The house is well cared for and had all the amenities we needed. Hannah is very responsive and helped us with the small issues that popped up. Also, the gardens are lovely and the location is great. We highly recommend this house.

Amazing Home!

This was one of my most favorite rentals we have ever stayed at - which is saying a lot as we own a few rentals ourselves. The home was incredibly charming and decorated so cute - bonus was the cozy Christmas tree for our December stay. We we're so excited to see that when we walked in! We had a group of 4 adults and two kiddos, and we loved it! We had plenty of space to hang out and relax. The hot tub was such a big hit and the girl's favorite part! The home is convenient to many places in Bellingham. We were able to walk to get breakfast and dinner a few times & order in when we were exhausted and didn't want to move. The house was stocked with everything we needed. Now back in cold St. Louis and we're all really missing those amazing, heated floors!! We definitely plan to come back & would absolutely stay here again. Thank you so much for the comfortable stay!

The home is very nice, cozy. It is furnished very beautiful. My only complaint was the hot tub was not kept clean and sanitized.

No detail was spared at the Kulshan house - the hosts have thoughtfully thought of everything from comfy beds, tasteful decor to great hairdryers & stocked amenities. Great vibe all around!

Absolutely stunning home located in Bellingham

I rented this VRBO for myself and my family flying in from out of town for my daughter’s wedding. This place absolutely lived up to all the photos. The location is perfect! U too oh can walk to coffee shops nearby, take a quick Uber downtown or bike ride, local food places to and grocery to walk to. We had an incredible time.

Delightfully Hosted

Our family of five, with 3 kids under 7, came to Bellingham to escape the Texas heat and spend time with friends in the glory of a PNW summer. The Kulshan House was located on the same Neighborhood as our friends and in a perfect locations for parks, grocery, brewery, and eats. Hannah and Derek have set up the home to be so friendly to travelers - it came stocked with all that we needed (TP, soaps, coffee, paper towels) so that we could settle in rather than run out for essentials. My kids slept so well in the bunk room and enjoyed all the toys and outdoor activities. After long days spent hiking and swimming and exploring, the home was a place of rest and retreat. Everything was very clean, especially so that I didn’t have concerns about my baby crawling around to explore. Thankfully, the house came well equipped for a baby with a booster seat and pack and play. That’s certainly made our travel easier. We will definitely be back and we will definitely stay again.

Best rental in Bellingham

We were incredibly happy with the house, the location, amenities, and customer service! Everything about it was 10/10. The decor of the house was beautiful and had everything and more you could need! We were so happy with our stay, it was perfect for our 3 families and we will definitely book again! The host was amazing and so easy to work with. Highly recommend!!

Wedding party

We were in need of a place to house some of my daughter's wedding party and some family members during the weekend of her wedding. This house fit all of our needs perfectly! The bride's side all used the house to get ready the morning of the wedding, the full length mirrors and bathrooms were great! We enjoyed meals and put together bouquets and boutonnieres at the dining room table which sat all of us. The kitchen is so pretty, covered our needs (especially the coffee bar lol), and we loved the little breakfast nook, where we put gifts for the bride and our "wedding weekend survival kit". Wish it wasn't such a busy weekend so we could spend more time enjoying the house and it's beautiful garden outside. The only issues we had were some of the lights and ceiling fans in the bedrooms wouldn't work or would come on on their own in the middle of the night lol but besides that we didn't want to leave. The house is absolutely beautiful and we loved all the unique details, we could tell this house was a labor of love and are grateful we got to stay there. Hoping to find another reason to visit again. Thank you for hosting us! <3

Epic Trip in Bellingham

Super cute location that was walking distance from food and grocery store. Very well organized and well equipped and the hot tube was the best!!
