In this ground-floor, single-level condo. Inside, you'll find central AC and white stucco walls to keep you cool all summer; outside, there are two balconies (one off the living area and one off the main bedroom) with commanding views to take in year-round. The enormous primary bedroom also offers a private entrance and a full sized kitchen.

The main living space features exposed beams, floor-to-ceiling windows, and thoughtful decor inspired by the Southwest. The adjacent kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, a washer/dryer for your convenience, and a breakfast bar for two. After a day spent perusing the local art galleries or hiking in the neighboring mountains, you'll sleep soundly in an expansive bedroom that includes a TV (with streaming capabilities) and a desk workspace.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
