This villa features a small secluded backyard, with screened in Lanai and outdoor patio perfect for small groups. Inside you'll find updated, high-end finishes throughout.

**4 seat Golf Cart is included at no additional charge in reservations that are 1 week or longer**

Master Bedroom offers a King Bed, en-suite Jack and Jill bathroom with spacious walk-in closet.

Two additional bedrooms each with Queen beds. 1 additional full bathroom.

Screened in garage with a Top of Line Whirlpool Washer and Dryer!

House was in great location. Walking distance to Lake Sumpter Square. Very quiet location and private. Nice private lanai. Golf cart was also great to have, a must. Patrick was easy to get ahold of and quickly responsive. Would definitely rent this home again.

Family Visit

Our family came for a funeral. From communicating, actual stay and departing process was seamless! Being so close to Lake Sumpter with access to the house Golf cart, was such a blessing.

Nice place to stay

Overall this home was wonderful. It would have been helpful to have more information of navigating The Villages since it is it's own little entity. We were very pleased with our stay.

Comfortable home away from home

My husband and I were here for 1 week in September. We were pleasantly surprised how nice this rental is. It's very clean and comfortable. Location is perfect - just a quick golf cart ride to Lake Sumter and easy trek to Spanish Springs and Brownwood. We will be staying here again!

The property was better in every way than the listing the owner was very responsive. The house was well stocked in a nice neighborhood I would highly recommend it.

The Sumter Landing property is centrally located, clean, and comfortable. The host was accommodating and responded quickly to all questions I asked. I'd stay here again and recommend the property.

Awesome bang for the buck

One would be hard pressed to find a better deal given the comfort and cleanliness of this home. Super quiet neighborhood and great location for all things in The Villages. Do yourself a favor and make a daytrip to downtown Ocala on a Saturday for the Farmers Market and quaint shops and restaurants.

Villages Visit

My family and I spent 5 nights recently on a trip to visit my parents in The Villages. We chose this rental for its proximity to Sumter Landing, my parents, and the amenities. We had some issues during our stay, but the owners and property manager were very responsive. It was a very comfortable rental for our visit. With some updates and maintenance this property would be five star.

Family vacation with senior parents

We spent several days here with a child, a teen, and my senior adult parents. There were six of us total. We enjoyed the 4 person golf cart and rented a two person golf cart. We spent every night at a different square eating dinner and ice cream as we listened to great music. The kids got a little bored as there’s not a lot to do in the area when it rains.But it’s an hour away from Orlando and 4( min from silver springs. We really enjoyed our time there. Very comfortable and relaxing.

Nice Home, Great Location and Lovely Neighborhood

Property was nice and clean and quiet. Check in and out was a breeze. The hosts always responded in a timely manner, great communications. We were able to walk to Lake Sumpter Square and the golf car was an added bonus.

Beautiful and Clean!

I stayed here with a few friends and had such a smooth and enjoyable experience! The owners were very responsive via messages and the house was clean and beautiful! We loved driving the golf cart to Lake Sumter Landing for food and shopping. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if we return to The Villages!

Location

Loved the place. Very spacious and comfortable. The kitchen could use a few extras. Blender, mixing bowls, insulated cups to take to the pool would be a nice added touch. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful Villa

We had a wonderful stay! The home was beautifully decorated and so well appointed. Everything you could possibly need was there. The hosts were very attentive and answered all my questions immediately. They went above and beyond with the offer of taking care of our guest passes. We loved it there and will definitely come again!
